I usually go to the Chatswood store, but I decided to come here yesterday to upgrade my plan due to my phone screen breaking.Both female staff in the store were friendly and knowledgeable, and were patient with me while I attempted to backup my photos and reset my broken phone. They were about to close, but didn't pressure me to make a decision quickly.I'll definitely be back here for all of my Vodafone needs! :)

Went on a Thursday to get a new number and wifi, Ivan were explaining to me on everything in details, made sure i understood how to manage my account and pay Bill etc. Very helpful.

I went to VodafoneTopryde upgrade my phone. The girl who served me was very friendly and nice. She asked me the data I used and try to work out the best option for me. Also, she helped me with transferring the data. I will go there again if I need any other services from Vodafone. I really appreciate to the staff at the Vodafone store.

I have never experienced such awful customer service. I came in wanting to merge from Optus to Vodafone. I had previously tried to complete this online but it didn’t seem to work hence why I went into the branch. The lady immediately refused to help me and said that I should do it online and check with Optus if I’m on a plan or if I’m prepaid/post paid. I explained that I’m on prepaid and she said she required prove that I am on prepaid - I got up my Optus app and showed her the details and she still said she needs to see something with my name. (I did have my physical drive licence which she had in her hand). I was super confused as to why she had to see this, even though my app also showed my name. She accepted this eventually. She commenced to say to me that I have bad English purely because at first I was confused as to whether I was prepaid or postpaid. Following this astonishing remark, I said are you really saying I have bad English? (The lady serving me had an accent and clearly English was not her first language), she then called me racist. I let her know that this was appalling customer service. She then said “why are you still here then?” And basically asking why I’m still going to join Vodafone. I explained to her I’m not there for her but for the good deals Vodafone offers. As a first time Vodafone customer this is disgusting behaviour and it has left me in absolute shock. I asked for her name several times which she refused to give me even after I told her she was legally obliged to do so. She started to sigh and blatantly said “shit”, I told her it’s unprofessional to swear to customers which she replied with “I didn’t swear, I said “gosh”. To describe her appearance, she was from Asian background with long hair. Her hair was balayage coloured, very black at the roots and blonde at the end (it looked a bit botched). She did compete the service for me even though at first she refused to help and said she couldn’t. After this, the co-worker sitting next to her asked me what had happened and why I was clearly unsatisfied. I explained the whole situation and she started laughing after the first sentence. I asked her why she was laughing and she said she didn’t mean to. She did apologise and was shocked by some of the responses the lady was making in this conversation. At the end of the day, the customer service was horrendous and definitely tops Optus’ poor customer service.
