Tony and Anna have been absolutely amazing. They are so genuine, kind and understanding (with the patience of saints). We had an awful situation to deal with (our property was riddled with asbestos and we hit a few surprises that were very unexpected along the way). We couldn’t have picked a better company to take care of it all for us. I would have no hesitation recommending them again and again and have already done so! Go with Ballard’s, you won’t regret it.

Ballard’s recently demolished our old house in Alderley. Throughout the quotation and demolition process the open and honest communication from Anna was excellent.It’s was impressive to see how efficiently Tony and the crew the removed the house once things got going and how they left the site clean and tidy once the house had been removed.For those reading this review don’t be afraid to get in early given the current market.

Anna was always extremely courteous in our email and phone communications; and Tony was just the best when it came to the care and efficiency of his expert demolition process. Highly recommend Ballard's to demolish a structure on a property. Both Anna and Tony were always polite, professional and responsive. Started on time, kept me updated on progress and completed within the expected timeframe. Completed the work end-to-end, including all underground debris, no surprises or hidden charges. Ballard's Earthmoving is the best. Tony came on site on the very day I called to give the quote. He explained the whole process and garantee no hidden costs. Tony is very considerate of the environment and the neighbours. Ballard's Earthmoving allows us to remove house contents to resale which other demolishers don't.Their communication is outstanding. Don't bother seeking quotes anywhere else. Ballard's went above and beyond with communication, educating us rookies to the world of knock-down and rebuilds, were considerate to our neighbours (Our 90 year old neighbour told us she was sad to see them finish the job as she enjoyed the daily chats with Tony and the crew!). Anna's patience and professionalism was second to none and it was clear that this family owned local business provide excellent service and a quality job over the challenging period of the 2022 floods. We engaged Tony and Anna mid 2021 to knock down our little 2 bedroom beach shack that was built in 1959. We probably engaged them a couple of months early, but they were more than happy to work with us and keep in touch whilst we were finalising house plans over the next few months.Anna was great in being able to accomodate some last minute changes, whilst Tony and his team did a wonderful job through the asbestos removal and demolishment through some trying conditions. I can't recomend Ballards highly enough!

Very happy with the work done by Tony and Anna and the rest of their team in removing our house for a knockdown/rebuild. We had a lot of rain in the weeks leading up to our scheduled demolition date but Tony still managed to complete the job with minimal delay. After the house was removed there was an issue with the site and he provided free, no-obligation advice on how we could proceed. Both Tony and Anna are a pleasure to deal with and I can readily provide a 5-star recommendation.

We decided to do a knock down and rebuild. After sourcing numerous quotes from demolition companies, I did another google search to see what other options I had. Ballard’s came up. They were a local family business which really appealed to me.I made contact and they arranged for an on site inspection and quote. From start to finish, it was a smooth process. I had so many questions and they answered each question quickly and professionally.We had a few hiccups but they came up with solutions each time. The actual demolition itself was very efficient and feedback from our neighbours indicated that Tony and his crew were friendly, obliging and happy to answer any questions people had. There was virtually no noise and no inconvenience to our neighbours.If I ever need a demolition company again, I will definitely contact Ballard’s.
