The worse managed 3PL warehouse I have ever encountered. The manager is arrogant, uncontactable, invoices are incorrect, wrong orders dispatched, and never takes responsibility. We had decided to move all our stock out and he refused to release it because he claimed we owed money. On the contrary, we have been fighting incorrect invoicing for months and are up to date. We had to pay the 'ransom' to get our own products released. This matter will now ne taken to the Ombudsman as the practices are unethical. Avoid this place at all costs.

We used ASPM for a few months and it's the worst 3rd party warehouse we've worked with. Many overcharged invoices and sent wrong products. When we bill them for the cost of repackaging the product which they sent by error, they refused to pay. On the day we picked up our remaining products, they refused to give our products that belong to us stating we still have outstanding invoices which we have paid and also sent them the payment receipts. In order to have our products back, we ended up paying the invoices twice and now we are engaging Fair Trading to recoup our losses. Anyone that want to find legit warehouses, stay away from this business at all costs.
