Nails By Blossom

Not a good experience. Remains from old nail polish still under the clear coat. Did a good job with the callus, but just that. Parts of my feet haven’t seen a filer or pumice or scrubber. Worst of all, no moisturiser at the end. I came home with dry feet.

Had a pedicure and a gel fill and I am happy. The girls were attentive and pleasant. Would recommend

horrible service. went in there and the lady ran about 40mins late. which was extremely inconvenient as i had a medical appointment soon after. i had to leave and she told me to come back after. this already made me have a bad impression as i had to go into my own time. i understand these things can happen tho.i went in there, she kept complaining my nails were too short. i understand, however i have never had an issue with any other nail salon with that. one nail was crooked, the gel application was slack, and 3 days after application of the acrylic one nail snapped off without me chipping it. this is not ok.furthermore, i asked for a simple design ofjust white flowers on the nail. even as i has acrylics, she said my nail is too short. this didn't make sense at all. they were meant to be small flowers (3 or 5) close to the nail bed. she grabbed a sphere instrument and started making one big flower in the middle of my nail. i told her to wipe it off. i paid my $60 and left.hence, i called and said i'd like a refund for those $60 and i will pay to get them off. The lady on the phone said yep can you come in at 4" and i said yes. I went in there and they told me they can't do refund. However this was the verbal agreement. I had to argue to get the nails off for free. I'm appalled.Now i have weak nails

I had an awesome experience both times coming to nails by blossom. The ladies there are so lovely and patient. Definitely will be coming back!!

Great job on the nails today ladies for once I'm very happy with what I got done and the price was pretty fair also. To anyone wanting thier nails done I recommend going here on a Thursday arvo it's lovely and quiet and the girls do a great job.

I love my nails! they're shaped exactly how I wanted, and I love the result of this nail design I requested ❤️ I wasn't happy with the way the hearts were shaped at first and asked for it to be changed, and they were happy to do that too!

The service of the nail technicians are great however the salon is looking tired as well as the furniture and furnishings. Needs a fresh coat of paint.
