Pinnakle Mechanics - BMW Service Gold Coast

From a female point of view, I'm always paranoid that mechanics want to rip me off as I don't know anything about cars.. With Rait though, I feel he's very genuine and honest. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done immediately, why it needs to be done and what can wait. That is very different from my past experiences when I have been hit with a long list of things that need to be fixed with not much explanation.

This guy is thorough, honest and very easy to deal with. He picked up a number of critical and minor things that my regular mechanic either missed or didn’t mention and certainly didn’t attend to. Rait is very direct, explains things simply (and shows you) and is not at all pushy. I have confidence in my cars again and Rait is now my first choice mechanic. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Rait is great to deal with and so professional!It was my first visit to the business and I was made to feel welcome, he was super thorough with my entire vehicle and went above and beyond to help me and was really good value.I would recommend to anyone and will be going there for any mechanical/service needs in the future.

Personally it was hard for me to find a trustworthy mechanic as a female, especially with a European car. If you want a workshop that loves your car like you do, you cannot go past Pinnakle. Rait has such an amazing attention to detail, and fixed the issue with our 335i downpipes that no one else on the Gold Coast could. A+ for service and expertise!

Thank you Rait , what a good fella , fit us in last minute , helping me with the tow truck etc , massive job dismantling half the engine to replace the starter motor and did break's , looked after us and my X3, had baby back in 2 days , great to find someone who will look after my BMW . I bought my car in QLD and had Rait do the first inspection on the vehicle after purchase. the service was very prompt and professional, breaking down all aspects of what needed to be done and prioritising all the work for me to choose which how to proceed. I felt very looked after and that I could make the right choice with confidence.the first thing i noticed when i arrived at Pinnakle mechanics was how clean and professional the space was kept. Rait had all the time for me to explain what he would do and how we would proceed. Every question I had came with a justified and well explained answer which solidified for me Raits passion for his craft and for BMWs in particular. a true enthusiast!I only wish I had a mechanic like Rait in my own state!

Rait is professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable about European cars. I had recently purchased a 325ci and like every used bmw it has its fair share of problems.I brought my car to Rait and he has restored my car mechanically and it drives now brand new. From full Vanos rebuild, full front suspension rebuild, 4 axle rotors and pads replacement.When my car randomly threw a fit and rough idling and loss of power.. I casually mentioned this to Rait and he diagnosed it immediately as old/broken ignition coils.. after we did a scan My engine had misfired because of ignition coils and He knew exactly what was wrong!!Rait uses only quality parts and if you acquire the parts yourself he will guide you and provide suggestions and improvements on what you need. I am glad I found his shop and will continue to send my car to Rait for as long as I can. :)

Fantastic service and quality. Rait has been very thorough with the repairs and explained the whole process. Everything he said he could do is exactly how it ended up, proving his great experience and knowledge in the industry. Definitely my no.1 and only mechanic to go to. After many years of searching and trying out different workshops who could service and repair European cars, Pinnakle Mechanics is the only place I have recommended to all my friends. Simply the best mechanic on Gold Coast that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!!
