Super family owned and run butcher. Being brought up as a 3rd generation butcher family we were taught to value great meat, friendly banter and excellent service and thats what Major Cuts gives us.

I used to shop here when I lived in morningside a few years back, after moving to Mt Gravatt East Mt my local butchers just haven't had the same quality. I've tried my locals a few times over the years, but I end up coming back to these guys because I know what I'm getting each time.

Extremely rude and racist staff. My husband and I had to shop there a couple of times when woolies was closed. Every time we have been there we found the service was dissappointing. The meat was average. The last time I went there with my mom, the staff refused to serve us. Instead, they chose to serve the people arrived the shop after us. When I asked why, the answer given to me was because 'you are Asian. You can wait.' Never going back there again.I don't understand how a shop like this can still be in business today. Frankly, if I could give this place a zero star review, I would.

No matter what you feel like having for dinner or lunch, Major Cuts will have something for you – whether it’s some Cheesy Kransky’s, some ham, bacon, cheerios, minced beef, seasoned lamb chops, chicken Kiev’s, marinated chicken skewers, and their awesome 10/10 marinated tandoori chicken breasts (my flatmate is particularly good at making delicious tandoori chicken burgers with cheese, thanks to Major Cuts’ marinated breasts of the same name). For their friendliness, value for money and their quality (hormone and steroid free) meats, I’m giving Major Cuts a 9 out of 10.

I call bull^$% on the previous bad review. I've been going to Major Cuts for 10 years, have found Phil and his staff to be nothing but helpful and the meat fantastic. One time about 5 years ago I had a tough side of Rib Fillet (it happens) and he looked after me very well.

Best butcher in Brisbane!! I've been going to Major Cuts for a couple of years now, their product and service is the best in Brisbane. Our family love their sausages and we buy all our meat there. My boyfriend and I have moved to Corinda and we still make the trip back to see the team at Major Cuts to get all our meat. Admittedly we tried butchers closer to us and around town but no one has compared. We know when we buy our meats at Major Cuts Butchery that we are consistently getting quality products. Major Cuts Butchery: Well done and keep up the great work, your establishment is second to none. Ruby & Matt.
