What a complete waste of money. The biggest rip off I have ever experienced. Seriously $450 for a prison cell. Of course staff are nice and from The outside great but the room, disgraceful, no TV, tiny, you cannot swing a cat.Oh and the breakfast what a disgrace. A piece of toast and jam.Seriously think about the service you're offeringand what you're chargong.Seriously

Prison size room, no TV, fridge or kettle. False advertising for the price paid. Staff was friendly but in no shape or form made up for the poor facilities.

The room was very clean, tidy and warm. Great location, friendly staff, very quiet, will come back for next ski season.

Excellent rooms. All beds were comfortable, including the bunk bed. Very comfortable. Great service from manager of the room and the restaurant. Nice breakfast. Great location.

This was the perfect location and space for a trip up to the mountain! Stuart was beyond accomodating. The rooms are a good size with an ensuite and plenty of linen provided. Area was quiet at night and is a great location next to the Bourke Street lift. Walking distance to majority of the restaurants in the area, and the grocer. We will definitely be coming back before the season is over! 100% recommend this place.

Over priced backpackers. Sparce rooms with paper thin walls, had no sleep from the rowdy people in the next room. Cold and draughty even with the small heater going. To be avoided!

Bad service ever. Bad isolation ever. I don’t know the receptionist,manager and business owner are the same person. Can’t solve any problems. Push problem toward customer. And there are super duper racist !!!!!!!!! Can you go study how to manage a business probably. I’m here to vacation not here to see you making a long face. I’m so disappointed . It’s not recommended at all this Buller central hotel.
