Unbelievable!!!!!Been ages since last year AUGUST 2021-MARCH 2022my parcel haven’t arrived yet. Reason is, parcels on hold in country and haven’t released plus out of their authority so need more time to wait patiently. And today, they were saying the parcel is missing, and willing to refund plus so sorry for this issue.They will refund the amount and adding another 4$/kg which is not worthy for items that precious to ppl I send to. Even it’s second hand parcel, it’s shouldn’t be missing and told us to wait over 3 months. Really disappointed!!

The staff response is very fast and friendly.shipping all in Australia-Indonesia does not require a complicated process. very easy and simple. the rate is quite cheap but the speed of delivery only takes 7-14 working days.

The worst experience,This guys have no idea how to handle cargos, and also worst customer service.I deeply doubt how they operate this business, the staff doesn’t even understand the customs process.Just avoid this unprofessional, rude and ethic-less company.
