Literally the worst place I have ever stayed. Staff rude and it's way over priced. Cleaning staff are rude and don't even knock they just wall walk in!

Nice and clean room. Auto checking was great. Can see they are still recovering from the flood on the lower levels but upper levels open.AC worked well. Nice and clean room.Blackout curtains.Thanks

What a service I would never recommend this motel got asked to leave $20 deposit for the minibar or damages to the room told receptionist that I’m not in Lismore for a party and I don’t drink I’m here in Lismore for a funeral then she started screaming what a joke the park across the road look more comfortable then the dirty motel

They have remodeled the rooms, they are completely white, very clean and beautiful. My stay here was great.

Good service from front counter lady was very nice great to chat to and great service from her and always had great positive vibe even being on her own there ,we stayed in room 207 and we have had a good stay thank u very much22/05/23

So safe that the stair case doors going to rooms have locks .Only the key holder can enter the gate

This lovely Inn is centred in town this place of rest offers ample parking.The rooms are newly fitted out with lots of new utilities and the rooms are spacious with the majority of rooms with a balcony. The rooms are kept clean and tidy.Beds are very comfortable and rooms have a microwave, fridge, AC and a kettle for making a cuppa. The complementary biscuits are the best I have ever had.Make sure you collect your key before 5pm.

Executive suite with a queen bed. Quilt on the bed had no quilt cover and only a thin sheet between the mattress and mattress protector. Poor quality mattress. No body wash or conditioner. Extremely thin, harsh toilet paper. Stains in the carpet. Small TV. Paid on wotif and took an additional $195 bond. Dust or dust mites triggered my allergies. Wouldn't consider this hotel hygienic. Paid $240. Should not be valued at more than $100 a night.
