Great massage.. friendly staff

mmm I had a brow wax, I asked the lady to be careful as my brows are fine i just wanted a tidy up. I came home to find I had no brows left and thought oh well, they will grow back, but I am 56 and NO they havent grown back. Not happy and will never go back I also had the same experience as the one other review here but cant be bothered putting in the time to write that much

The staff is professional and friendly , will introduce more friends to the shop , also surprisly busy during the time I went ,this reckon anyone who want go , booking before is the key .

Star is very good at acupuncture- really knows his stuff.

Probably the worst massage I've ever had and I've had a lot of massages! Most places I ask for medium pressure. I had to ask the guy 3 times to do it more lightly and even then it was incredibly painful.

Pretty sure that was the worst “massage” I’ve ever had. Charged me an extra $15 because I asked for a deep tissue and I could barely feel any pressure. Even when I asked for firmer pressure nothing changed.

That was honestly the best masage I've ever had it was so relaxing and I feel great after. Will definitely be back

I can be quite picky when it comes to massage. I asked for a strong massage (full body with particular attention to by right shoulder / right back as I had been experiencing some muscular pain there).The receptionist ensured that I was allocated someone who was able to administer a strong massage.The place was clean and tidy and there was soft background music making it very relaxing. There was very little staff banter going on, only the odd customer conversation. At one point she asked me if I wanted my face massaged and I said I'd rather she went back to my sore shoulder, which she did.The masseuse spoke English (well) and understood exactly what I needed. Felt much better afterwards.I'm from NSW but will definitely pop back in there when next on Gold Coast

I had a Ionic Bath with a reflexology foot massage - I must confess I was a bit of a sceptic.I dont know the science (research seems to slam it), but after it my hips and thighs were free moving and very very minor pain remained, not bad considering I have full body arthritis and fibromyalgia.My husband also had a wonderful 60min massage - he felt so relieved after a weeks holiday that saw us walk an average of 12km a day.Great to be able to claim part of our treatments on Health fund
