Husband ordered a cappuccino takeaway, tasted like milk with a subtle hint of coffee & paid more than $6 inc pub hols surcharge. Don’t think we’ll be returning for a coffee any time soon. Service was quick.

The Baristas were excellent and made wonderful coffee. Staff were super lovely and fast! The atmosphere was wonderful including a wonderful soundtrack that was kept at just the right volume. I'm definitely going to make this place my regular spot. Huge thank you to the wonderful people working there!! Xx

ER might be partnered with Ona, the coffee great but the service is shocking. No care for customers from the service staff. The Barista did a good job though.I was met with eye rolls when asking about the type of cold brew being served, and one word responses when asking about the coffee beans for sale. I was met with nothing but complete disinterest as if my existence was a nuisance to two staff members today.As a regular at speciality coffee joints, I will be avoiding this one. The coffee was great, but my experience here highlighted how important basic service really is, as I've never experienced anything like it, a real disappointment.

What's good: coffee and service.Experience: One of the best tasting coffee in Tuggeranong. Whenever I am around , I get attracted to the coffee aroma from this place. Staff/Baristas are friendly too.What to know: You can get a coffee free for every 7 coffee. Or you can choose to give it back for a community fund.
