The best clinic I've ever been to. The Doctors and staff are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Usually have a good experience here as all the Drs are great but today my very sick daughter was told she couldn’t be seen in person because she has a cough even though neither of us have left the house or been in contact with anyone since getting our NEGATIVE results yesterday. A blanket rule that leaves no wedge for reason or logic, compromising the care of their patients. Not impressed

I am very disappointed in the service. I phoned for an appointment for a seriously infected leg. I was told I had to wait 5 days for an appointment. Had to go to another doctor for medication. We were with our old doctor who retired after going to him for 40 years. Never had this treatment

Reception needs a clean slate. Completely bloody useless and have no idea what the hell is going on half the time. Doctors are really good but only thing ruining the practice is the reception

Appalling practice 1 star really too much.The staff at the front desk gossip about the new patient.The doctors absolutely lack training and compassion with those who suffer anxiety and post trauma difficulties.They order the patient into a small space close the door the doctor comes back doesn’t say hello or introduce them self rudely tells the patient to put their mask back on when they were only adjusting it as it slipped.Tells the patient to leave without providing any medical assistance and then locks the door so the patient can’t leave anyway that causes a highly anxious reaction which the doctor blames the patient for . Rather than his lack of knowledge of anxiety,his lack of compassion and good manners.The supervising doctor’s response to the behaviour of her staff was appalling.Stay away if your family member is suffering anxiety and post trauma difficulties.

Reception staff treated our situation vey bad. I did not deal with the doctors but based on the reception severly lacking in communication and manners. I wish, management can do something about it.I decide to write this when i saw others believe the same way based on experience.

I have never had a problem when having to see any of the doctors here, Dr Punya was recommended to me by my doctor from epic health in Ocean Grove when I was moving back to Geelong.I have not had a bad experience with any of the doctors there, they've all been great as far as I'm concerned.The reception & nursing staff have always been courteous as well. I don't see any reason as to why anyone would need to put in a complaint about this medical centre.

Horrible service at reception. My sister tried calling to ask a simple question if the centre bulk billed she spoke to an older lady who said read our website she replied she did and the lady said obviously not what do you want and laughed when she explained how rude she was being. AVOID. Family medical centre in Lara or Banksia in Newcomb are the ones to go to

Today I just received a phone call as to how stressed my father was. He rang newcomb medical centre today to ask about the flew vaccination the woman on the phone was incredibly rude because she could not understand my father, FIRSTLY! my father has Parkinson’s so he can’t speak loudly secondly how dare you speak to anyone that way!! If you are so frustrated with your life and your job LEAVE! Do not ever speak to my father that way again!!!!
