Came in on December 4 at 1:45pm the woman behind the counter was absolutely rude no hello no nothing absolutely no customer service

Paid for petrol and some bait on one counter and they told me to move to the other counter because the “eftpos wasn’t working” told them the payment went through and they said it would be refunded and that it didn’t when it did. So essentially got scammed into paying a $90 bill twice! Do yourself a favour and go to a different petrol station. I wouldn’t trust this place if my life depended on it

Absolutely rude night staff. Can't even take their eyes off their phones for a minute while they serve you, too busy watching videos. 15/11.

Why every time I ring for something your store cannot explain the low stock levels. Then all of a sudden they just simply hang up! Appalling service!!! especially for the locals I'm the area. Very disappointing that you feel that your customers aren't important!?

Great petrol station - all you need in any type of fuel you need. Great entrance plenty of driveway space and good choice of lane way. Quick service the only trouble is that if you come off the M5 from the south you can't get into the driveway going north. You have to turn into Regent Crescent and do a u turn or go into a factory unit..annoying!!! If you are on the M5 it might be quicker to come via Moorebank Avenue rather than get off at Heathcote Road exit.

They profiled my partner.My husband has a beard and is quiet tall and stocky. They made us use the night window due to this. We waited 10 minutes for 2 ice coffees to be made. Waiting In the cold and rain.When we pulled up people were walking out but they locked the doors as we approached.After we got our coffees and got back in the car we watched them open the door for 4 guys getting a pack of red bulls. Another young gentleman for his monster drink and 2 other people for chips and coffee.. and just now for 2 scruffy guys.

Warning ⚠️ For everyone who is reading this comment! I bought wrong items on 29/11 at 20:42. When I got back my car I found out it’s wrong and the Indian lady in the counter didn’t let me refund or exchange to the correct item!!She said it was my fault because I didn’t look carefully and she can’t process the refund or cancellation because it’s paid!!!!

Be aware people different prices on the shelves and drink fridge. At the counter you pay different prices first time happen defore 4 weeks ago i buy a drink calypso blue lemon showing price 4.99$ at the counter 6.00$. I told the guy why you charge me 6$ at the fridge the label is 4.99$ he said I don't have any idea. I pay the correct price.after a week I been there again nothing change. I took the calypso blue lemon at the counter 6$ again other guy at the counter I let him know about the mess with the price. I pay 5.00$. To day 21/02/2023 I pass again the label the same showing price 4,99$ woman at the counter wen she scan the drink 6,00$ I say why 6,00$ check you label at the fridge. she say they forgot to update the label I said really? This is about 4 weeks now and you saying me they forgot? She was so rude on me. Wen I show the 2 receipt she didn't know what yo say.. so be careful at 7 Eleven store at liverpool.
