TERRIBLE SERVICE/POOR EXPERIENCEI must express my extreme dissatisfaction with LJHOOKER SUNNYBANK HILLS. We have been facing an ongoing pool leakage problem, which turned into a complete nightmare. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the problem persists, causing significant water loss and us tenants incurring the additional water costsThe communication and handling of the situation have been utterly abysmal. We were passed on to different individuals who lacked knowledge of our history and failed to grasp the seriousness of the problem. This lack of continuity and understanding made it impossible to find a satisfactory solution.Even after consistent communication and efforts on our part, the business has continuously ignored our concerns and denied any further responsibility. It was only when we sought external expertise that the true extent of the problem was revealed. We had to take additional steps and involve relevant authorities to substantiate our claim for compensation.Throughout this entire ordeal, we have faced poor experiences and received terrible service. The business has shown a complete lack of responsibility and accountability, which resulted in us vacating the premises. I feel horrible knowing new tenants will have to be exposed to this type of behavior.I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this real estate business if they wish to avoid similar issues and the accompanying headaches.
