Love this shop. Get all my adult & pup food from here. I'm a frequent flyer lol there just about every week for food. Rewards program for the black hawk is great! I only buy that, but there's other brands that have the reward system too

Staff are always helpful and will offer to carry your items to your car. They have everything there you need for most pets. Although most items are quite expensive the 'big name' animal food is quite reasonable to purchase. The staff are always friendly!The fish displays are awesome! And they have introduced an adoption display cabinet which the kids are excited about! And not to mention the 'Max' the cocktail who is always up for a chat and a scratch!

I was served by a young man wasn’t very friendly must be new I’ve never seen him before shame because the staff are usually lovely . The young lady put the chook feed in the car she was very nice . Doesn't make sense the young man on the register while the young lady put the heavy bag in the car .
