Booked our car for RWC here. They were easy to deal with. Customer support over the phone and in person were very friendly. We had a bit of misunderstanding on the quoted price over the phone for some minor part replacements but it was cleared up quickly after confirming with the guy we had initially talked to. Keep up the good work Patrick!

Kevin and Patrick are really great.I was passing through and realised coolent was low in my car they really helped me out.Checked everything and fix the problem.

Called these guys and asked for a quote. Was told to email and I did so listing what parts needed replacing. No answer in 4 days. Rang and was told a virus wiped the email. Patrick said he would call back with quote. Nothing in a week. Rang again and spoke to Sean and he said Patrick will call. Never heard in 11 days. Pathetic stuff. If this is how they treat customers I would advise not to go there. Absolutely not happy. Pair of rogue fast talkers. Do not waste your money.

Sean from Valiance is amazing. I needed a road worthy certificate ASAP and he managed to squeeze me in right away. His service was impeccable. I think Sean is a great honest mechanic. Highly recommend!

Did RWC and yearly service here and Patrick has been super helpful. He has answered all my concerns, seems thorough and reliable. I’m always little concerned that I’d be cheated on with pricing. The quote was appropriate, not overpriced so I’m super happy, thanks to Patrick and the team.

My husband put our car for road worthy. But when he pick the car. They left the car unlock. I am shocked how can they so careless. Will never back to this place again after that case.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - RIPOFFPlease avoid this place,I brought my car to fix the lights. Right after picking up the car, I realized that the left mirror indicator wasn't working, so I let the staff know about this issue and he told me that will let me know when the led indicator arrives so I can bring the car again. They never came back to me, never replied to my email, or called me back. A couple of weeks later I realized that the reverse light that was supposed to be fixed wasn't working either, same with one of the brake lights. So I took the car to the mechanic again.They took almost 2 weeks to fix it, and when I picked it up I realised what I consider an excessive charge on top of what I previously paid.First charge: $241.00Second charge $1,165.00TOTAL $1,406 for lighting repair!On top of that, I found some damage in the interior of the car!(please see attached photos)The main issues were:-No Pre quotation: There wasn’t a pre-quote, so I can authorize or not the work-Overcharge and excessive time at the mechanic: $1,165.00 on top of what I previously paid. One of the tail lights was already working, however, it was replaced. And it took almost 2 weeks to get fixed-Damage: I found some damage in my carI have contacted Sean and he didn't assume any responsibility and stopped replying my emails, the guy in the reception wouldn't tell me anything better than advising me to buy a Toyota instead. Disaster.I feel ripped off, please avoid this place.

Booked in to do a Roadworthy for my Toyota Supra. Spoke with Curtis over the phone and arranged a time. Curtis was very professional and down to earth explaining different aspects of the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable in the automotive field and overall a great guy!! Thanks again Curtis!!Overall I am very happy and satisfied with my experience al Valiance!! Would recommend!!
