Unhappy with the service today...it all seemed too much trouble despite being no one else in the shop. Staff please don't call your customers love.....I am not your love.

I placed an order with shield on line with Afterpay. Cross did not want chain but was forced to purchase one. We have a lot of stores here in W A. No it takes 10 days to come, small cross and chain was so fine. Nothing like online need a magnifying glass for these items. Take to store for refund , no it also comes from eastern statesOH IN 2WEEKSLousy ethics 3rd time poor service

What customer service? Walking into an empty store on a Sunday after not being acknowledged at all and still ignored when wanting to view something, I walked straight out and across into Zamel’s where the customer service was wonderful! This apparently happens quite often.

Just got lovely helpful phone service from a young lady

Has anyone ever been to this circus ?Today i was walking past this store and i saw some discount signs all over the store's windows. I spent about 15 minutes looking at different Seiko watches. I selected one which was priced at $699 then reduced to $599. I have attached the photos of the signs that clearly state 30% off all Seiko watches. Of course i was expecting the 30% to be off the higher price , meaning the watch should now be about $490 , which i was happy to pay. Then the sales woman tells me it is already reduced and can't be reduced any further. The signs quite clearly say differently. This must be false and deceptive marketing by Shiels , surely ?Any thoughts out there ?Billy F

Had the worst experience here, was blatantly racially profiled. Will never enter that store again. Would give zero stars if possible

I had a positive experience today at this store. Spoke to the Manager and she took ownership. In the end, we were both happy. Both staff members were helpful.
