Went here because it seemed to be cheap (but they always charge extra from whatever they put on display). Worst part is that Michelle (the owner and hairdresser) is always so rude - either being judgmental or giving unsolicited advice “I know better hairstyle” sort of stuff. Not worth it.

It's okay. The staff is generally friendly. They only accept cash though and the guy that cut my hair is not used to African hairstyles, as he struggled with it, as well as my beards, but it turned out okay at the end. If you don't have any particular style, you just want low cut, it's a good place for you.

I only came to this place because the $10 haircut was busy at the time and I wanted a haircut. It took them 20 mins to cut the sides and back with a razor clipper to a No. 3 (I have short hair and just wanted a trim) and was charged $15 when I could have gotten the same thing for $10. Next time I'll just wait for the cheaper place to cut my hair. Don't understand why they bother putting up a sign of haircut from $10.

These people are utterly unprofessional and only argue with you when you express your dissatisfaction with how they cut your hair. They only care about how much customers pay them. My previous experience is a couple of months ago, which would be my last visit. There was a lady who took forever to do a hair cut, which could have normally been completed within as quickly as approximately 15 minutes. However, she could spend a whopping 40 minutes, and it turned out to be a horrendously disgusting outcome. I told her to do number 2 on the side and the back, but she said no

Terrible shop that only want your money. Hairdressers" (term used loosely) are inexperienced

Took my son to a haircut here. After waiting, they brought in a lady who took 5 minutes just to do a 1 blade on the side, and then proceeded to cut my son's hair using kindergarten scissors (really, you can't make this up). She didn't even have proper hairdresser equipment.Half way through the hair cut, I had to request another hairdresser to cut because it was already a disaster. She wasn't much better. For a professional hairdresser, they were worse than ANY $10 quick cut places I've ever been to or taken my son to. TOTAL DISASTER, and they didn't seem to have a problem with it. One star is giving too much credit.

Customer service is sadly lacking at this business.After making an appointment the day before it was clear that I had arrived unexpectedly. (the 2nd time this had happened)I asked for a shoulder length haircut, but it became clear fairly quickly that I was being given the haircut that Michelle thought was best for me.When I tried to communicate what I was hoping for, more hair came off.My hair is now basically short all over with a few longer strands at the front.Thankfully the colour was a success as Michelle's daughter wrote the details down the previous visit.There were a few other bizarre things that I saw that day that in my opinion were not professional at all.I think Michelle means well however what can possibly be more important than respecting the customer's wishes.

Requested a #2 around sides and a trim up top. Was told had to wait for a specific hairdresser as was told the others only knew how to use the clippers and not scissors. Part was not straight so requested rectification.Hairdresser's scissors weren't sharp enough and she tried numerous pairs. Not sure if haircutting tools were sterilised between each customer as didn't see it happen.Wait time can be short or significant pending on which hairdresser is available and how many customers are in-store/waiting.Very polite hairdressers.Cost $15 not $10 as was advised in the beginning.(Noting that on the front window it says cuts FROM $10).Price in relation to expectation... on par.

Don’t even think you are good at cutting hair Michelle !! Please close your ragged shop and stop destroying people’s hair. Let me tell you, my 80 years old grandma is even better than you. Also, my lawn mower cut hair more even than you guys. Com’n you guys can do better!!!People ! Please don’t go to this hair salon! Ohh no! it’s not a hair salon, it’s a nightmare. Avoiding this place as far as you can.

Very unprofessional, don’t even know hot to do simple haircut. I was worrying when one of the staff was doing my hair cut since she did poorly cut my hair. End result makes me too upset, I am look like a bird nest or something. Even worse when I home and look my hair!Go there if you want to experience. Terrible customer service,No communication skill,No hairdressing skill,Please train your staff or your self as business owner. I don’t usually leave a bad review but not this time!
