My 36 year old Engagement ring was in pretty bad shape...it needed claws and the band was wearing and thinning...and my eternity ring was the same...both looking old and tired.I was looking into buying new rings as I really wanted a bigger diamond...but they are so sentimental and special to me I couldn't.Stacey said she could make my rings look new...and have a bigger diamond. Stacey brought in some diamonds for me to look at...and I chose one.Very anxious while my rings were being worked on...but then I got the call to pick them up.I was feeling emotional when I got there...but as soon as I saw them I cried tears of joy...and knew I made the right choice.Thank you...thank you...thank you...Ben and Stacey...I'm so in love with my rings... xox

I've been here twice and for both occasions, the service was exceptional. Both Ben and Stacey are incredibly approachable, friendly and you can tell they know what they are doing. I also recently met Toby who gave me a really competitive quote for a broken chain repair and who also provided exceptional service. I really appreciated the honesty and openness in regard to what they were going to do with the chain I provided them, how long it would approximately take them and how much it would cost. They also always give me a bit of insight the various types of gold and the differences between them as well as various strengths of chain designs etc. Would always recommend this place to anyone who is in need of jewellery repair - great prices great repair timeframes, fantastic customer service and locally owned!

Stacey worked with me closely on designing and making a very sentimental ring. It was a big project and the love, care and devotion that Stacey put into it was exceptional. Exceptional and pleasant service! The lady took the time to ensure my necklace was repaired with perfectly matching links and even repaired it on the spot. The price was surprisingly cheap for such good service. Would definitely go back here for jewellery repairs.

Absolutely awesome place. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a ring made from sentimental jewellery. They were amazing at taking all of my requests and creating something beautiful. The price was also extremely affordable.

I had taken my grandmother’s ring to other jewellers who said they couldn’t restore it and quoted large amounts for a new setting. Stacey and Ben restored my ring back to its former glory for such a reasonable price. I am so grateful for their amazing work! I’m thrilled with the beautiful work completed on a diamond dress ring of mine. I had it resized and upon consultation some stones were loose. To say I was overwhelmed at how lovely my ring looks now. It’s sparkling and fits well. I’m embarrassed I hadn’t looked after it. I will be in annually now to have it checked and cleaned. She was so patient and confidence inspiring! And the engraving Ben managed between my Grandmother’s diamonds is nothing short of astounding. BEWARE! This place CAN'T even do a simple wedding set solder. Stacy GRINDED into my wedding band cleaning up excessive solder causing damage. (2) Reputable jewellers have acknowledged the damage but for some reason these horrid people can't see it ore pretend they can't. They even LAUGHED at me.Do you really want them working on your precious sentimental jewellery?I have opened a DISPUTE with Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA).Take a look at what they did to my wedding set. I have all receipts and evidence this jeweller had caused this damage.NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWELLERY!
