Great masterplan with well thought out parks and roads. They also plan alot of community days for the locals. All that is need now is the new shopping centre to be built and highway roads to be more accessible.

I thought we were phasing battery farms out. For a council that spruiks green and community design credentials to approve this defines hypocracy. Roofs touching, streets too narrow for emergency vehicles, nowhere for kids to play and not a tree in sight nor any space to plant one - welcome to the nightmare. Well done everybody. Just bloody well done.

Not the greatest and sales tell you what you want to hear as in the new roads in and out and future public transport plans.... It's what I have to do to be able to afford to live on the coast and the value of my house and land has risen incredibly fast. Flat pack housing at its best. In the long term it'll be a good place to live.

Nothing has changed since early days, still no link road, crime is out of control and we have zero public transport and the link road by June 2022 is not done as promisedMore lies by council / developers to get salesIronically they don’t book people illegally parking near the roundabout at the entrance of the estate, made numerous complaints, Christian nor avid will take accountability for the issues in the estate, it’s a constant handball just to get any form of progress, sales office doesn’t reflect the true state of harmony, go for a drive for yourself if you don’t believe me, it’s disgusting how badly the upkeep is, sure we’ve had rain, we have had 2 weeks of good solid sun, the estate is a disgrace, do better both of you lot.Don’t build here, not for at least 10 years, zero development on roads, 1.5 hours most mornings to leave the estate, huge fire risk, flies crows and mosquitos in the estate, really poorly maintained parks and any areas south of the “sales office”Don’t be fooled, actually come into the estate and experience the woeful state of parks, tiny narrow roads for yourself, and they sit there and Skype about how this estate is getting master planned awards, should be up there with the shonky awards, it’s hilariously bad and as someone who has been here since the early days, lies and promises not kept is the modus operani here. Residents in aveo also expressed concerns about one way in and out, avid did nothing to fix itSeems to reflect with the poorly maintained parks, roads and common areas, good for investment because you don’t have to live here, if you like high crime, paying rates for very little done in the community and high insurance prices to suit the crime levels then harmony can cater.

The homes are nice and modern and the display village has many options. The reason I rate this development very low is because I do not like developers trying to squeeze homes onto tiny block to profiteer. Only a decade ago estates still had blocks to put add a pool and now developers are so greedy they sell tiny blocks for what a large block is worth. If you are looking to buy a new home, look for better value land. Often an existing home with a large block is much better value.

Poor management of builders waste, stormwater systems and natural areas.
