Bought a beautiful light from here. Great selection to choose from. Friendly, helpful staff.

I put a review about this at the time but it has somehow vanished!?! I went in there a while ago and was rushing to get there before they closed at 5.30pm. I made it at 5.25 and thought, great...! plenty of time. But the store was closed! Very irritating when businesses do this. They had just closed and I could see staff in there still. And while I was there another person turned up and wanted to go in as well, looked at the hours displayed on the window and commented to me the same sort of feelings that I had. They were obviously very disappointed also. Businesses just are not aware or do not care how such small things as this can make lasting impressions and be a huge inconvenience to customers

About 4 yrs ago we got 2 artemis ceiling fans during our renovations .Well just before Xmas 1 died. Today we went back to Beacon to get a new fan ,we mentioned to young Jess that we had a Artemis fan and to our surprise Jess actually had 1 left. As it's a discontinued product the Artemis fan was $100 cheaper than the new fan we were going to buy ..Jess you're awesome and thanks for the unbelievable service you gave us..top service Jess..cheers

Even though it was reasonably well stocked it felt sterile and missing something, or that it was a new shop and hadn't developed any atmosphere to entice you in.Prices seemed rather high to us and we left empty handed as you just didn't feel like you could afford the items inside, or at less when you are on a low income you couldn't.

The ladies at Beacon Lighting Midland are just fabulous and made the process of selecting lighting and globes for our new house a breeze. They were friendly, professional and knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Thanks so much guys, we will be back :)

Went to Beacon Lighting today to purchase a clip for a broken light and was served by Melissah, fantastic friendly service. I frequently purchase from this shop as I have several rentals and I have never been disappointed in any staffs service at this store. Unfortunately, today, people blame COVID" for unacceptable customer service but this is never the case in this store. Well done Beacon Lighting for employing really great staff."
