As an owner-builder, I used Perfect Excavation and Demolition with a substantial renovation I had done to my home. There was a significant amount of internal demolition (bathrooms, staircase, kitchen, ceilings, brick walls) as well as excavation with levelling of the backyard, trenches for retaining walls etc. I found this team to be exceptionally professional and completed the works as have been quoted. Given the experience i had with a number of other trades, these guys did not let me down. Great team, very hard workers.
