I bought prawn chow mien and it was absolute crap..... The noodles were stale,,,, some prawns were not shelled,,, Prawns were small and minimal..., I found hair in my meal . the fried rice was clumpy.... The cost was too high $19 for just the prawn chow mien.....I have lived in the area for 35 years and I have found their quality has lowered over the years. Sorry I will not return...

Delicious food full with flavor. Really nice staff. However, it was slightly disappointing how the food was served in small portions. I strongly suggest coming here.P.s- Also ask the staff about popular menus to avoid disappointment.

Paid $9.90 for a jug of soft drink. Paid $8.20 for toast that was supposed to be chicken satay. The excuse they gave us was its same idea as prawn toast but the memo clearly stated chicken stay.All it tasted like was peanut butter on toast!Main meals were $18.70 and steamed rice was $3.20 a head. Didn't stay long enough to pay hefty prices only to receive more toast. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

By far the worst Chinese I have ever eaten, so disappointed after spending $40. Singapore noodles tasted like cardboard, no flavor and vegetables/prawns dumped on top in minuscule amount! Duck was so slimy and chewy and fried rice was bland and dry!Never again, sorry!

Have eaten in the restaurant and also had take-away. Large servings so very happy with that and also quality was great. Owner was friendly and chatty too. Will be back even though quite a distance from home

I got the Chinese as a surprise for my wife for Mother’s Day and a bloody surprise we got...we got the worst Chinese ever!!! (Our usual Chinese restaurant isn’t open for lunch on Sundays). We got the honey chicken and large fried rice and both were very bland...I mean, how does a Chinese restaurant get the fried rice so bloody wrong, plus when we usually get honey chicken it’s crispy with a coating of honey, this one was soggy as hell...most certainly not happy, will not go there again. What’s the world coming too!!!

Absolute rubbish !!!!Every dish tasted the same the rice had no flavour at all even the Dim sims were teribleking prawn dish $20 and had 5 small prawns and the rest was onion...When we rang to tell them about our experience the lady on the phone said too bad...I do not recommend this restraunt to anyone.not even your pets.!!!

Worst chinese food ever! $19.70 for 8 king prawns! No flavour. Fried rice bland. Chicken chow mein was disgusting they used pre cooked chicken. Don't wasre your money here.

Food is always delicious, service is excellent and friendly- always greeted with a smile. Best Chinese in blacktown easily- we've tried others and we'll never stray from Pretty Jade again!Thank you for such great service!
