LIARS!Don't trust these guys at all! I took my car in for a pink slip and they failed it. Not only did they not give me a fail slip, they said I needed to replace the front control alarms - the bushes - on my car costing $1000. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and was told the bushes didn't need replacing at all! I thought something was suss as I'd just had my car serviced not long before. Apparently these guys work on commission and have targets to reach and will often lie, telling you there's something wrong with your car, particularly a problem you can't easily check without putting the car up on a hoist.I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I was quite distressed to see the warning light for two of my tyre appear on my dashboard specially when I had replaced them only three months earlier. Instead of going to the manufacturer I decide to call My Car. Chris was able to give me an appointment 8am the following morning. Took half an hour to inspect the wheels and called to say the issue was the type pressure system was a bit complicated and just needed resetting. When I arrived to pick up the car, he had printed out the instructions how to reset the system and didn’t charge for the inspection. It was great to deal with an honest business and reliable and efficient people.

Worst customer service and car service ever by Manager Chris. Chris is very unprofessional and unhelpful, does not have enough knowledge about his profession. Other staff rude and arrogant as well. They are a big rip off, they try to find the faults in your car and make money.

It is the best ever experience in my life to do a car service in mycar Hornsby. I went by and popped in Mycar Hornsby, in less than 5 minutes, I made the decision that I will do all my car service in this shop. Chris is very polite, patient and professional, he has perfectly done the service (pink slip and logbook service) in just three hours.I strongly recommend mycar and Chris.

Always honest and reasonable. A few issues were identified with our car when I took it in for a regular service, and the team at mycar were pragmatic in offering solutions, including leaving one for the moment because it was urgent. Many other service places pressure you into getting the repair done instantly in these situations.

I got the quote about a service first, 20min after went back to ask if I could bring my car, the manager said 'wouldn't waste his time to do the service!' So all that price tag goes to charity?! What maner is this? Bad and very rude behavior. Selectiveness to give service is a discrimination. Disturbing
