All around mess, disgasting! İt was 9:30 pm when we arrivedThere was only one worker, who was taking orders, making pizzas, clean up, the explanation: all worker was out for delivery:))Health authorities just have look for god sake.

I requested refund about 2 month ago because my pizza not delivered to me and they closed my order themselves. They deleted my review regarding the issue happened. They still not refund my money for 2month even though they told me refund will take 4 days. So I complain them to fair trading to slove this horrible service issue I experienced.

Tried to order pizza I wanted twice from this store. Arrived cold and missing ingredients on both occasions.Offered a free pizza from Domino's representative to make up for the issues. Tried to redeem it and code doesn't work.Absolutely hopeless company.

For some reason, my order always arrives 2 hours late.Idk what the management is doing, but that's not how you do business.And I ordered a large pizza, but it looked small. The guy on the phone kept arguing with me that I'm accusing him of fraud.In the picture we can clearly see the pizza is so small. Just compare it to other pictures posted on reviews!That's unethical business practices!I wish someone from dominos contacts me for this.

If I could have given a star rating of 0, I would have, but they only allow one. The worst store I've ever seen or been to. I placed a store pick-up order for two spicy, peppy paneer pizzas. At the store, we typically don't look inside. I just so happened to check at home, and the pizzas had absolutely no paneer. I called the store right away and explained the situation. The man who answered the phone apologised and said he had made a mistake. He also said I could come in at any time and get two pizzas. He also told me that all I needed to say was my name and phone number. I called them the following week and informed them what I had been told. The person who answered the phone was quite unpleasant and attempted to speak to me in Gujrati. He handed the phone to the other person when I said, I don't know what you are talking about." The other person hung upon me and said there was nothing recorded regarding my case and that they wouldn't be able to provide any pizza for me. Please avoid this business at any cost. Poorly mannered people and an extremely filthy environment."

Ordered through the app. Took almost 2 hours for delivery. Called the shop and they said driver was 15 mins away. Half an hour later still no delivery. Called again and said the driver is 5-10 mins away. Their excuse was the driver had over 10 deliveries to do. Order finally came but missing garlic bread. Driver said he will get it and come back. Still hasn’t come. Meanwhile pizza was cold, stale and one of the pizzas had a hair on it. Absolutely disgusting!

I ordered through Menulog at 7:20PM. It said the estimated delivery time was between 7:45PM-8:05PM. The order did not arrive at this time. I called at 8:10PM multiple times and they did not answer. When they finally answered at 8:15PM, he said they had only JUST received the order and the order would be delivered in 30 minutes. This is a blatant lie. Not sure who they are trying to fool but just be honest. Or atleast have an honest time frame of when the order will arrive. Pretty disappointed in the service. It is ridiculous that I ordered the food at 7:20PM and will not be receiving it until 8:45PM assuming it even arrives. Just be honest!

Pre ordered giving 75 minutes notice and they hadn't even finished cooking by the time they should have arrived. Ended up 30 minutes late.Pizzas are now so small they really shouldn't get away with calling them large.At least they were still warm I guess.

Visited Dominos Auburn today. Very bad experience, I wish I could give them 0 stars if there were any.. such rude staff and team. I was taking photos and he behaved so rudely … he doesn’t know how to talk to a female.. the customers were standing in line and he was only there to gossip about customers. I request Dominos authorities to get in touch with me so I can explain the situation to them. I am afraid I didn’t take a photo of that rude man.
