Pet Express Transport Services (PETS) - Domestic & International Pet Transfer

Tim and Haider from PETS just helped me transport my dog from Melbourne to LAX. I highly recommend them after working with them, they were always super responsive, took great care of my dog during the process and kept me updated throughout the process. Best of all, they were one of the only companies that gave me a reasonable quote during the pandemic. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again! Thank you!!

Sydney end great however Perth end not. My daughter took our two cats to your depot at Perth airport as requested by your company. I had hired a cage to fit to cats in. She was given a cage that was big enough, luckily she looked at the ticket they were heading for Melbourne instead of Sydney. She then stated that the cage was not big enough and it was heading for Melbourne. The guy at Perth end certainly didn’t seem concerned. She demand the correct cage and luckily she had the flight details on her and Id which was requested to be provided. ID wasn’t checked. Then had to change the cats from her cage to the hired cage in the car park. Not very impressed.

This company is a scam to me..I got a puppy sent from Brisbane to griffith..Whan he arrived at Sydney airport they said he couldn't board the flight from Sydney to griffith he needed a proper cage because he's only 3 months and needed a proper cage to board the flight, I sent $200 because that's all I had on me, so the next week I payed them $250 plus $150 they charged me for feeding him and looking after home which was fine with me so all up I payed $350, they emailed me that he will arrive home at 4pm, around 3.35pm they emailed he can't board the flight because he needed to get his updated vaccine and microchip, in saying the information they sent me said the cost was $150 to have his vaccine and microchip done but they said $200 after arguing with them and not giving me a straight forward answer they said pup will arrive home at 6pm and asked for $100 in which I payed, we waited for him to arrive home no one came one one was replying to my email. The next day they said he was taken in for an operation because he had a broken leg and said we had to pay $250, now what I find so confusing is they said he had a broken leg than it was an illness growing on his leg he needed an operation, it's now been 2 weeks and pup still isn't home, why am I paying for his operation when he was injured in your care!!! When he arrived to Sydney from Brisbane everything was good with pup. Everytime use say he's arriving home just to email me back something is wrong with pup, I try to get a refund of my money so I can pick him up myself from Sydney but they won't reply back, quick to reply when payments are made but takes them hours or the next day to reply to me when I ask for my refund and how pup is. I will never trust your company with anymore of my pets and would not recommend this company to any friends or family because use always look for something to ask us to pay more money. And don't try and say this not true because I have all my receipts of payments I made and all the emails I have sent to use and use have sent to me, all we want is our puppy home now use are saying use will take home to a rescue home. Your a scam and I will post this everywhere on social media so that no other pet owners have to go through this bad experience.

The team at PETS were the most lovely and professional team that helped us move our cat and dog from Sydney, Australia to Toronto, Canada. They were so good at communicating the steps the whole way through, and they took the time to reassure me that the pets would be safe when I was panicking the night before their departure! The pick-up driver, Dan, is the loveliest guy in the world and sent me photo updates leading up their boarding.Our pets arrived safely and healthy in Canada and they seemed entirely fine throughout their journey. I'm sure if they could talk, they would also give PETS a 5 star rating!I would definitely recommend PETS for their customer service and knowledge about the whole pet relocation process!

I have been amazed by the quality of services that Pets offered to my cat.We recently relocated to Paris. My cat, Ily needed to travel for 24h, very nervous to think she will be travelling that much, especially as she is a scared cat and she is only indoor.I though she ll be traumatised when I was going to pick her up at CDG airport and not at all! She was soooo fine!Pets has been so profresionnal, prompt on any email/calls, whenever I have a question, they answered me so quickly and helped so much via the whole process. Regarding the price, after making a lot different quote, they are the cheapest on the market. The value for money is so great!Thanks Pets! So happy that everything went so well for Ily :)

Terrible experience!I had organized everything to get my 2 cats within 1 day from NZ to Aus. It was easily possible. All the forms were done and nothing could go wrong.After arrival at the Sydney airport a custom officer sorting the clearance wanted to charge tax on the cats as he claimed they had resale value".W T F ??? Two normal house cats!!!Then that same customs officer finished his shift WITHOUT completing their paperwork so the cats were with our agent but unable to leave the airport.Luckily the pet express team were able to get another agent to sign off on the paperwork but by which time they were too late to make it to the cattery. The agent spoke with the cattery and it was agreed that the cats will board with pet express over night and head to the cattery first thing in the morning.The cats arrived by noon at the cattery (it's only 1 hour travel from the airport) and were quite stressed. I heard this all AFTER it has happened and I had to chase them to get info about my cats during this day. I'm really angry about the lack of communication from Pet Express.Update December 2019: I have read your reply

Pet Express collected our 2 cats from PEQ and had them flown to Sydney and delivered to our home and the whole experience was so easy and professionally handled - Cathy in Bookings was great and even the delivery driver was lovely. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars to PETs, I would.During the middle of Covid in 2021, we had to move our beloved dog Avo from Sydney to Portland, USA. Other transporters we contacted either didn't get back to us at all, or gave obscene prices and itineraries that went through Dubai. Tim on the other hand got back to me straight away and offered creative options through New Zealand and Canada. The prices were also very reasonable. He kept me informed as more flight itineraries became available.Once we moved to the bookings part of the process, Haider was incredibly thorough with our paperwork and kept us posted (with pictures!) of Avo as she set off on her journey to the US via Canada. They also helped us find a Canadian pet shipper who helped us travel by road into the US.Dan, the driver who picked up Avo for her vet appointment and for her final flight, is excellent with dogs and reassured us before she left on her big journey. Avo loved him!The whole team has been absolutely wonderful in helping us navigate Covid travel. We're so thrilled Avo is safely here with us in the US. We can't thank you enough.

Shipped 2 of our cats (Milky & KC) from Sydney to Hungary. I was really stressed about this because this already uneasy exercise looked very challenging in the middle of the covid19 misery with almost no flights and airlines charging arms and legs for their services but the service from PETEX/PETS was just perfect.Asked for quotes from 6 companies and PETEX was one of the lowest offer pricewise beside the complete door to door service. My phone conversation with Tim really filled me with hope and confidence that transporting our beloved pets overseas was actually doable. He provided me with the otherwise short list of requirements (chip, 2x vaccinations for the cats with original paperwork and the airline approved and reasonably sized cage) and the exact timeline of the whole procedure.(booking with airlines, expected confirmation time, mandatory overnight stopover)What I found is trying to buy a proper cage yourself is not just almost impossible but pointless too, the only suitable airline approved cage on the market (PP30 for a normal size cat) is always out of stock in every pet warehouse plus it is actually cheaper to get it from PETEX and they give you a nice mat and an absorbing pad too and this way they can turn up at your place with the cages prepared, labelled and ready to go.The lad who collected the cats from PETEX was really nice (sorry forgot his name) and caring with out cats, he rocked up spot on 8.00am so I could go on my way after the pickup.Shortly got some pictures from PETEX in email that the cats are okay and they took the final vet check before the flight alright and they are cleared to fly.What was really convenient is that Tim organised the flight for the cats one day earlier than our flight out of AUS so with the mandatory overnight convenience break for the cats in Doha we could catch up and arrive with the same flight to Hungary so we were able to collect the cats same day after an other vet check at the cargo facility.Overall a very very good experience, prompt replies, straight talk and professional service, thank you!ps: google maps location for the Sydney branch is outdated, as far as I know they moved the office to north Sydney but they come to you anyway.ps2: managed to snap a pic in Doha towards the end of boarding when ground crew pulled up next to the aircraft and quickly loaded the cats to the aircraft pretty much as the last thing before take off to minimalise the time they spend outside.
