Louise is a lovely relatable professional who explains nutritional concepts in a very understandable and non-judgemental way. She is helping me to turn my nutrition around so that I can beat my insulin resistance diagnosis with ease (& commitment from me!). She makes me accountable, without feeling judged or wanting". I enjoy each session with her and her fees are so reasonable (& claimable on my private Health Insurance!). Louise is also very grounded and targets improvement not perfection for her clients. So glad I went to her!"
