MINISO Australia | The MINISO Brand founder Jack Ye gained inspiration for MINISO while on vacation with his family in Japan in 2013. He came across several specialty stores in Japan which stocked good quality, well designed, and inexpensive products that were mostly manufactured in China. With his knowledge and experience in product development, supply chain, and the fashion industry, Jack established MINISO with its headquarters in Guangzhou, China, a brand catering to young people around the world. MINISO’s original intention was to enable the young generation to enjoy life through high-quality products and services. He wanted customers to have affordable, well-designed, quality products.

I love the store. Big fan of the plushy toys. I’d been to this store in Kuala Lumpur and was really thrilled to find that they opened branches in Sydney. Products are affordable and high quality. Slight unhappy with the customer service though.Overall really great place for gifts.

Miniso is place for Cute, decent quality and reasonably priced items. I like the range of massagers they have. The shop is so colorful that even if you don't want to but anything, you get tempted to enter and then you buy some random stuff, just cause it's cute and cheap :)

Alex from Miniso in Rhodes was absolutely amazing! His customer service is incomparable. I own a childcare and he was super helpful with helping us provide sanitising items to our children and their parents. He even offered to help us carry it to our car as the boxes were super heavy. Alex is an asset to your company and a model employee that everyone should aim to be like. Great job Alex!!!

The gentlemen that served me today was so nice and patient. (I was standing at the counter trying to join the membership. Unconsciously clogging up the queue.) So sorry!He really knew what customer service is about.I didn't catch his name but thank you so much!Went there on 18/10/2021 around 4:30pm
