Donna is absolutely amazing and because of her, so is this pool shop. She is always helpful and genuinely wants the best for your pool. As a local, you wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep up the great service guys.

I recently had a Theralux Quantum recommended and installed by Nathan and Josh and may I say that it is the best decision I have made. Thanks guys my pool is crystal clear after two weeks of rain and my pool is heated to 32 degrees.

Pools and Energy is an ethical, professional business. I dealt with Donna recently and her knowledge is second to none, her manner friendly and her advice spot on. She could have sold me anything because all I know about pools is that the water is wet. Instead, she told me what the problem was and how I could fix it. I left with an inexpensive diaphragm that got my kreepy krawly working smoothly for the first time in 7 years. Thank you Donna.

About 12 months ago, I purchased a salt chlorinator, which never worked despite numerous calls to the online pool store in Qld.I have been a customer of the Woolooware Pool shop for about 15 yrs but went on line thinking that replacing an old unit with a retro version would be pretty straight forward and more cost effective.The follow up service from Qld was appalling and dismissive and I was unable to rectify the poor pool water quality....the chlorinator simply did not work.I approached Donna from the Woolooware shop and arranged a service and recommendation for a new Vapure salt water chlorinator which I accepted. The service was completed by Joel and the new chlorinator is working fantastically.I cannot speak highly enough of the professional approach given by Donna and the ongoing service I receive on any issue to do with my pool.Thank you to Donna and her team at Woolooware.Fred Nelson

Having been going here since it opened. The staff are very knowledgeable and don't try to sell you something that is not needed. Recently purchased a robotic pool cleaner and I am super impressed how well it works. Keep up the good work Pools and Energy
