I had a wonderful experience with Emma. I had a facial and microdermabrasion. Emma made the whole experience relaxing and I felt welcomed into the salon. I don’t often get an hour away from my children, so thank you for making this time so relaxing.

Ella Baché Chatswood was the very first skincare salon that I've visited in more than 15 years. Everyone was so nice. I had my appointment with Maddy.Before we started the facial, we did a cleansing, and she sat down and went through a thorough consultation with me. And gave me her recommended facial combo that she think will work to target my skin concerns. From start to finish, it was super relaxing, all the products used smelled so nice too. I ended up going home with all her recommended home care products. Fingers crossed, I can be consistent with my home routine. Thank you very much for your help today! Highly recommend Maddy :). See you in 4 weeks.

I just moved to sydney and I needed somewhere to go for a wax so I found this team on the internet and I gave them a goVery professional Emma was really kind and done her job 100 percent , Chantelle was was friendly and helpful and kind !If you need somewhere to go and want to experience a positive environment this is the team to visit !!!

Went there for facials with my 16yo. I selected the facials on the website but picked the wrong date by mistake. There was nowhere in the email confirmation for me to amend the order. I called and the lady I spoke to amended it on the spot. I didn't get a new confirmation but they were ready for us on the day when we arrived. I was hoping for side by side but were in separate rooms. I got a facial for older skin to help renew and plump whilst daughter had one for acne breakouts. Both of us thought the facials were wonderfully relaxing and could not believe it when the hour was up. We bought some products afterwards, which were quite expensive. The treatment and products have done nothing for my daughter's skin. Mine feels nice after the scrub and looks healthy but no miracles. ;-) lovely staff and a nice self-treat.

Highly responsive salon owner who kindly offered help over the phone.My mum and I both got volume eyelash extensions and we are very pleased with the end result. The technician was calm and gentle and ensured a relaxing experience.

Had a facial today with Maddy, great therapist the whole experience was A+ could have hung out there all day. Would thoroughly recommend. It’s so quiet and relaxing. I’ll be back!!!!

I had a wonderful facial here on Saturday morning. Yasamin did a wonderful job and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve already taken up her advice and made changes to my skincare regime. Highly recommend the team here at Ella Bache Chatswood. It’s very good value for money.

I had a terrific hydrodermal facial by Emma, I was nervous about the procedure as I had never had one before but she explained everything and was very reassuring. Loved my skin after! Great experience, can’t wait to go back

My partner and I booked a 1 hour full body massage about a month ago. Upon reflection, we realised that the 45 minutes massage was a result of text messages between young masseurs. My partner masseurs left the room in the middle of the message and did not return. My partner was left alone for 15 Minutes Mid massage. Both massages were meant to be an hour and ended after 45 minutes. The quality of the massage was inexperienced and poor equating to a light tickle. We regret accepting to pay the full price for such a poor service.
