I do love this store because their sales are great, especially for kids' clothing and babies well worth it. Only can be tight to get around the store and not much if any floor service.

The store has two cashiers and both have been held up with refunds and exchanges. Meanwhile there are two workers per register trying to work out the refunds and in total 7 workers congregated around the front with a growing queue and no one has bothered to hop on a teller. What a joke.

Just like to thank blacktown store for a job well done. Service was great. Staff very helpfull and polite. Registers always open and helpful. Manager on site was polite and willing to help. Would recomend this store to my friends and family

I had a callback from the store manager Teresa regarding my online order from blacktown store, who kept talking and her tone was so rude indirectly saying that I provided the wrong information to one of her employee . That employee me asked about my information 5 times she in-fact tested my patience . I advised the manager she needs to improve her tone and have good customer service attitude. In general all stores need to have good customer service and their respective companies need to provide good training otherwise they will lose customers . Not a happy customer for sure.

Very disappointing experience at Best and Less Blacktown. The staff here are very rude and abrupt. Ask a simple question and the staff see it as an inconvenience. Fortunately this store has a good variety of stock.I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here, the staff at Mount Druitt are much nicer…
