Took my PC to get fixed. Was hoping to support a local business and a professional, compressive & thorough service on my computer. But that was not the case.After troubleshooting my computer for the first time they told me one of my RAM sticks had died and it appeared to be working fine with one RAM stick. Trusting their judgement, I thought it was running fine and it was just the RAM causing the issue. So I paid the service fee and I took my computer home and turned it on and it crashed. They had not fixed the issue.So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to bring it back in for them to do some further tests and try to fix it or diagnose the problem.So after the second round of testing, they told me it could be the motherboard or the CPU, but they weren’t sure.I picked up my computer and was asked to pay another service fee, which after questioning it they did refund the second service fee, which I’m thankful for and appreciate them doing.I was expecting thorough testing and for them to do a full range of tests to diagnose the problem, not maybes.If they done more tests and actually diagnosed the problem, I would have been happy. I was understanding and know that troubleshooting PC’s isn’t straight forward and was happy to wait for them to fix it, even if it took 6months.

Bought a phone cover and it was posted the next day. Arrived today and exactly what I wanted. Can't ask for any better from a store.

After looking around places to replace and fix my phone screen I am glad to say I settled with Burratonics! I had taken my phone to another place in Mareeba but suffered issues like bad replacement, bad quality screen, and overall waiting time.. Happily burratronics had none of that! Very Happy with the service and will come back again :)

Very happy with the friendly and professional service I received when bringing my laptop in for repairs. Long term issues with my device were fixed within a few days and I really appreciated that Ivan contacted me throughout the process to explain and update me on the issue and how it would be fixed. My laptop is now running better than ever, can't recommend these guys enough!

Quote requested last Saturday, was promised for Monday. Wanted to buy from a local family-run business and was prepared to wait the one week delivery for item. One week later, haven't heard a thing. Shocking customer service! If you want my business you need to get your act together. I WILL NOT be chasing you for quotes to give you my money. I have since been to Harvey Norman in Atherton where I was given amazing service by a very helpful young man and walked out with the product I needed then and there.

today I dropped my phone and smashed the screen. I was waiting for a particularly important message regarding plane flights. I went straight to Burratronics, quite stressed, and immediately they assessed the situation, lent me a shop phone with my sim installed so that I could get my message, and promptly repaired my phone, messaging me when the work was completed.I found the staff professional, caring and very helpful and on top of their game and I certainly recommend them for any IT related services. many thanks and congratulations. we are lucky to have this business in our area.

Unfortunately after my recent experience I have had to amend this rating. I dropped a kids tablet in for a simple battery replacement almost 3 weeks ago. When i dropped it of the guy that served me was so helpful and told me it would take a couple of days for battery to arrive and then for it to be repaired but overall was given the impression it was an easy battery replacement and wouldn't take long to repair. I waited a bit over a week after hearing nothing before phoning about the status of my order. I was advised battery still hadn't arrived. I waited another week. I phoned again yesterday only to be advised the supplier sent them a screen replacement instead of a battery so I'd need to wait but no real time frame given. I had no phone call or email updates regarding my order and to be honest it took a lot longer than originally quoted to be repaired. I've had to follow this up twice or else who knows when I'd be getting an updateon my tablet. I understand parts need to be ordered in but does it really take 3 weeks for a battery replacement? Customers need to be informed so they can make informed decisions about their services. I had dropped it off on 21st of September hoping that it would be fixed for our road trip with the kids in October however this was not the case. After phoning yesterday morning I later got a text yesterday afternoon telling me it was completed. Went un on 19th of Oct to collect. Waited 20 kins for them to try and figure out what was going on with the tablet for them to later phone and tell methet hadn't replaced the battery. So my tablet has been sitting in the shop for amonth and still nothing has happened. Terrible service
