Absolutely the single-most useless gas supply company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. IF you can through to them on the phone it's like you've won lotto but DO NOT dream that you are actually going to get your order. Far from the next day delivery they promote their operations team can take days if not weeks to deliver. If you have ANY other option I strongly suggest using them.

We placed an order on Monday. They said they would deliver the next day. On Thursday we still didnt receive our gas bottles. we called them and were told they didnt know when they can deliver the gas bottle and the customer service lady aggressively hung up on us

Ordered a 45kg gas bottle on friday to deliver after 12. pm as our factory open only Tuesdays and thursdays after 12 pm. they promised to deliver on Tuesday and we didn't receive until 3.30 and when I call them they said driver has massive jobs and has to push it to the next day. factory is working till late night and we need heating Gas bottle today. who ever answered telephone from dandenong is useless. her answer is we understand thatyou ordered but we cannot do it" very irresponsible this office staff."

Did not want to leave a bad review here but unfortunately they have not been able to provide full cylinders. This is the second time I have had below half empty cylinders delivered and even though they replaced the first lot it has now happened again. They have not followed up in a resolution to resolve this issue. The 8.5kg cyclinders are not even half full and they do not care instead pass blame between Dandenong office and somerton office. No return phone call so I asked for my money back and will have to go elsewhere. Do not use this company

Shoddiest organisation i've ever dealt with. Not turning up, faulty bottles, and now they don't even bother answering the phone, or return your messages. When i finally got through - after 20 minutes on hold - they hung up. It's funny, they ask for 'respect' and 'courtesy' when speaking to their operators. How about some about 'respect' and 'courtesy' for your customers Supagas? My business will be looking elsewhere in future.

Supagas delivery service is awesome. We have had the best service on a number of occasions from a driver called Gary. He remembers my elderly father’s story and genuinely shows care and empathy whilst giving excellent support on the concentrator and oxygen bottles. I rarely see service like this these days.

Waiting for 2 Gas bottles from last 5 days , calling everyday and the person who answers has no clue , they just read a scripted answer and make no efforts to help the client at all and are extremely rude. If you want people to treat you with respect first learn how to treat people with respect.
