I took my 9yr old well loved wooden wedges to have the rubber soles replaced. Not only did he repair this part of the shoe he also gave the wood some attention and replaced the elastic on the buckle.They feel and look like new again!

Went in to have my reins shortened and Rob was great. We discussed how much should be cut off, he then reattached the buckle at the new length and it was perfect. He was friendly and hardly charged me anything.

This guy cut the leather up on a pair of $500 loafers which you can see in the first photo. A few weeks after the repair the sole started peeling back at the front of the shoe - see second photo. He also didn’t grind the sole at a right angle to the floor. Absolutely awful - my shoes in significantly worse shape than before, pretty much ruined in fact.

$500 pair of leather boots needed soles re-glued. Took to a Mr Minit - not sure what was worse the “repair” or the attitude!! Found Ettalong Car Keys & Shoe Repairs!!! Rob took the time to try and minimise the damage - “no charge just happy to help!” Absolute champion- you won me !!

Rob managed to duplicate a key for my 50-year-old Bultaco motorcycle. I went to his shop thinking that it would be a waste of time but no, with a minimum amount of fuss Rob had the new key in my hand in 5 minutes. I recommend him when you require good, friendly service and excellent skills.
