West Coast Removalists

West Coast Removalists were a very organised and professional business to deal with and did a great job for our move on Saturday. We lived Country WA and I could only really get Removalists from Perth Metro.Brad and his team were great in the office and did our entire pack and move very professionally. My husband is away in the mines so it was me and the 3 kids so it was Mayhem! But Brad sent his packing crew on Friday and they did an exceptional job and the Removalists on Saturday, Simana and Rocky, we’re such gentlemen and absolutely great movers. It was a big day but I was expecting the move to go into Sunday but those guys knocked it over Saturday and I was really appreciative of the exceptional service. Thanks West Coast Removalists!

I found these guys really friendly and professional. The stored my goods overnight as I coukdnt get access to my new place until 9am the following day. By 9am sharp they had arrived and ready to unload and got all my goods into my new apartment in good timing. Set everything up and it looked like I had lived there for years. Great business that I will use again!

This company is horrible we recently moved house and we needed help so we chose this company and it was the biggest mistake. The movers dented our brand new fridge and they blamed it on us saying that it was already there. And when we called their boss they said that they did it and the boss said that we would get a replacement door for our fridge. Well that was all a lie we called the company and we got blocked from the caller. This company is a scam and would never recommend. The workers are disrespectful and dishonest THIS IS A SCAM. If I could I would give negative stars. And we know other people that have used this fake company and the same happened to them.

Extremely thankful we went ahead and chose West Coast Removalists. We did a look of research and rang and got about 10 quotes from 10 different businesses. West Coast sounded the best and made the process really clear by explaining it so easily. It just made Booking so straight forward. Your pricing was good and service the best.

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the removalist service I received. Everything was fine until the moving day, for which I even received a confirmation call two days before. However, on the day itself, they did not show up. Just 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, they called me to say that their truck had broken down and they were unable to complete the job. I was baffled as to how they could continue with other jobs while leaving mine unattended. The next available date was not for another two weeks. Fortunately, I was able to find a better and cheaper removalist service thanks to this experience. I would rate this service zero stars if I could.

Will never use this company again, ordered a large truck and a small truck turned up three quarters of an hour late. When I asked why I didn’t get the large truck was told it was in for repairs, seems to be their big excuse for everything reading some of their reviews. The drivers took one load to my new address dumped it all in the garage, then left for the second load, they loaded the truck a second time leaving a lot of items I wanted taken. After they dropped the second load there was no mention of going back for the rest of my items. They wanted the payment then left.Very disappointed. Warn people not to use this company. I did not even get a receipt for my money.

I had a great experience moving my 3x2 from Mandurah to Canning ValeToday.I thought the lady taking my booking was lovely. She was really nice and very informative of the prices and the movers were excellent. Highly recommend West Coast Removals for all your moving needs.

Look at all the one star reviews. All the same. Same story of a broken down trucks. Not showing up.And all the good reviews are of fake profiles.This is a Phoenix company of my moovers. Exactly the same MO

I booked a large truck, however a medium truck turned up 6 hours after the start time (apparently their truck was being repaired - which looking at the reviews seems to happen frequently). In any event he guys were good but couldn't do the whole load. Then I got asked to pay with no invoice on the spot, for a rate that was $28/hour higher than quoted. Have repeatedly asked for an invoice and explanation, yet nothing back..Come on guys this could be easily sorted out if you would just respond

Worst Ever - Do not useDropped our fridge and pool table (slate broken in 2). Damage to 5 items of furniture. 21 marks/gouges/scratches on walls. Had 3 men for 5 hours and didn’t get the job finished, so we spent next 3 days hiring a Trailor to move the rest. We also had sold half of our furniture and there is only 2 of us. Spoke to manager on the day who advised to submit insurance claim to them, no body is now answering the phone when we call, not returning our voice or emails messages after 2.5 weeks. Have got zero response from them since the removal date. Total disgrace. They are a scam… please do not use
