I don't write reviews, but I will never deal with this company again. I ordered a crimsafe door and the process has been an absolute headache. I have had over 7 service calls in the past year and it's still not fixed. Their service is horrible. They say they will fix it and then don't contact you again. I've complained numours times to deaf ears. I will never recommend them, which is a pity as the crimsafe door is meant to be the best. This branch just ruins their name.

the rep was nice helped me out, but after i asked to have the order changed from crimsafe to the cheaper security door with the steel in the middle and pet mesh no reply , either you have alot of work and dont care or you just dont care would have loved doing business with you but i guess ill try else where, quote no 30021964

Very professional product and service. Chris came out for the install and went out of his way to make a small adjustment which was actually my fault. Chris was patient and helpful and came back with the adjustment so now we have perfect shutters. Highly recommend the product and the lovely installer.

WORST COMPANY AND PEOPLE TODEAL WITH! I don’t want anything from you again and if you are reading this please stay away from This company ! They promise you things just to shut you up and they have the worst staff with the worst customer service.I have called everyday twice a day and still nothing !My door has been broken for 2 weeks, no body shows up to fix it, so much for ‘warranty’..Disappointed with the quality of their product it’s so cheap it didn’t last 6 months.Ombudsman/fair trading is my next step.

Appalling customer service.I've been waiting since end of March for petmesh door and screens. I orginally paid a deposit for crimesafe, but 2 days later changed to pay mesh.I have provided my bank details, and made 3 phone calls to head office to chase my refund. Fake promises made each time.I will be contacting fair trading. I have no time to constantly chase what is owed to me.
