Shaver Shop Sunshine Plaza

I called the Maroochydore store, 5472 6800 (The number that comes up on Google search) but got connected to the Kawana store (?) I'm so glad that I went in to the store where I met Adrian who offered excellent customer service that was above and beyond my expectations, truly a credit to the Shavershop !!

I visited the Sunshine Plaza branch today, as the nozzle on my reasonably new Remington trimmer had started falling apart. I thought that I may be able to have it repaired, as I didn't have the docket with me. However, the customer service gentleman, who greeted me as soon as I walked in, immediately suggested that it needed replacing. He had no hesitation in bringing a brand new trimmer to the counter to replace mine. I was so impressed, I bought a ladies version of the trimmer as a Christmas gift for my wife as well. thanks for the great service!

Bought a new set of Wahl clippers from the sunshine plaza shop, the team member suggested I get a particular one as I have quite thick facial hair and this model was the most powerful.At $260 it was not a cheap purchase.But willing to pay as it’s powerful and a reliable brand.Now after using it 5 or 6 times I’ve realised that yes it powerful but the attachments don’t have a clip or lock on them, so every time I use them with a number 1 attachment on my head the attachment will fall off and I take a big chunk out of my hair, which then I have to shave my entire head at 0.I went the the store and the manager fobbed me off, he was quite rude and said unless it’s a warranty issue I can’t do anything.

Price was the best I could find at the time of purchase.Will reserve judgement on product - Braun BT7220 trimmer - as it has only just arrived but, at this point, the trimmer looks great and is well equipped for my needs.
