Deserves a minus star rating. So slow to return calls and emails, if ever, dragging out permit application for months, and costing huge project delays. Worst building surveyor worked with in decades, will never use them again!

I would give no star if google allowed.they totally forgot they are here to help customer to solve problems, not create problems. They never tell you the full story when they come for inspection.They took photo and put them into report and still tell you no problem when they leave. They makes you beg for more inspection so they can get more account.They looks for all sorts of unrelated or unnecessary documents to drag on your time and claim without any benefits to customer. MULTIPLE CALLS with no proper answer, slow reaction, they donot even know what they wrote on report.Never look for this company they are the WORST.

Reception staff lie telling us certificates/permits were posted a week ago, then the next day different staff say its still sitting on a desk awaiting a signature. Multiple phone calls with changing stories every time. Emails not responded to, phone calls not returned. Frustrating as all hell.

Service is just awful. Radio silence. Staff never return calls. Elevating to directors is no good. I’ve called them over 5 times in the last week to close off a permit and nothing. I am sure they do know how to send you a bill. Expect vexatious claims just to add to the account some more. They forget you’re actually the customer. Find someone else.

We were referred to BSGM during the process of our home renovation. We found the team at BSGM in particular Martin Versteegen and Peter Shaw to be courteous, responsive to our questions and efficient. I would recommend them highly.
