If I could put a zero star that would be my experience with a recent purchase that failed recently with Thrifty.Add the word DECEPTION ANF THEFTI ordered a spout which was the key base of my purchase. I was advised that the item should take 3 to 5 Business days.After a week I was told it's not availablefor another 2 months as the manufacturer in NZ doesn't have any.I cancelled the order since it could not be delivered in a timely fashion and as per the promise when I placed the order.I was told I would be charged $15 restocking fee?What are you restocking?An item which is NOT available by the manufacturer?Thrifty never returned calls and said always busy.- LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE- THEFT OF MONIES- DECEPTION- DONT PLACE AN ORDER UNTIL THEY ARE 100% ABLE TO DELIVER- POOR PERFORMANCE FROM SUCH AN OLD PLUMBING ICON.NEVER TO BOTHER GOING THERE AGAIN.goto other reputable retailer's in your area

Bought a new toilet suite from these guys. Had missing flush rods inside the cistern box. Called them to get it delivered as I couldn't leave site and they blame the missing part on me. If you want a reliable plumbing supplies go to reece you can't go wrong. Bob the manager was also very rude and only had to blame our company

I love this place. It is not just the cheap prices. They know what they are doing. They sell you the right part and give advice. If you go to Bunnings there is no staff to advise and you will end up doing an extra trip to get the right thing.

Great place for good value plumbing supplies. Including all the plumber accessories, bathroom, kitchen and hot water systems too. I just picked up a Rinnai 50L hot water system at a great price. Matt and the other staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
