The people here are very friendly and this was the first time that I went there to get a haircut after 9 months, and gave the gentleman who cut my hair free reign over the style etc. and I couldn't have been happier.I told them that I would definitely be back and that I would happily recommend to friends to go there.

Great place! I have been going to VIP cuts for almost 5 years now and I tried other barbers but this one is the best. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! I have been dealing with Joseph and never had any issues, he is super nice and a great barber!Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant every time without fail. My husband gets his hair done very regularly here, the guys have always been amazing, welcoming and listen to how he wants his hair cut. Everytime we walk in, he gets invited straight into the chair with no wait time. We will never go anywhere else!

Not recommending to anyone at all. No one what they are doing. They just want to cut the hair of their own choice not the choice customer wants and also everytime they charge differently. Today was last never going back there anymore.

It's too expensive! I paid $50 for a trim. My hair is normally short, all I wanted was shaved sides & a general trim. That took 15 minutes ! $50 is too much. Last time I was there it only cost $40 & prior to that $30 ! I'll cut my own hair next time.

Disgusted. Discrimination and false advertising. Misleading sign in the window implying *all* pensioners can get a haircut for $20, which is why I went into the shop in the first place *BUT NO* only men! My short hair took all of 5 mins to cut (by a surly woman) and they were going to charge me $40! Only male pensioner for $20 - ladies pensioners $40" the guy at the counter said! I kicked up a stink about false advertising and discrimination (my hair is already shorter than most mens anyway) and was given (with bad grace) a $5 discount. Never again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid the place like the plague."

The barber was extremely rude and gave me a bad haircut.As I was trying to explain what I wanted he replied with “I’m not done yet, just relax”He then angrily scraped at my hair and didn’t make sure I was happy with it before telling me to get up and pay.

Hair cutting saloon on ground floor in Westfield Belconnen opposite JB-Hifi. The staff are friendly and do a good cut for a reasonable price.
