Maggie (standard poodle) has been going to PuppySquare for grooming and daycare for over 2 years now and we LOVE it! The team are so kind and genuinely love spending time with the animals. The grooms always look (& smell) lovely and they are flexible with availability. Maggie gets excited every time we drive past the store, regardless of whether we’re going in or not. Cannot recommend PuppySquare more highly! Wouldn’t take Maggie anywhere else!

Murphy can be a difficult customer but he came back looking (and smelling) great! Amazing service with pick up and drop off available in the eastern suburbs and the doggos get to have the day to hang out with other pooches in daycare. Can't thank Puppy Square enough!!

DO NOT USE THESE GROOMERS.I have a 1 year old golden cocker spaniel, who had the most beautiful, soft natural coat and asked them to trim the bottom of that under the belly & legs. When I returned they had shaved him completely on his top half of his body and hadn’t even trimmed the bottom parts which is all I asked for.

Our usual groomers was fully booked for months and our Shiba Inu was overdue so we booked into puppy square as it's local and had good reviews. It seems to be a common theme that most groomers completely ignore or disregard instructions as we told them under no circumstances to cut or shave her fur. We picked her up with a bald stomach as though she had just been speyed! When pointed out, was told it was our fault for not communicating properly which is just insulting.Wont be returning and would advise the same to anybody who doesn't want their pet returned with random bald patches.

I took my dog Tuppence to Puppy Square today. Tuppence was beautifully groomed and so clean and fluffy when I came to pick him up. It was good that Tuppence was ready for me to collect, on time. The staff were friendly and the service was first class and affordable. I would certainly recommend Puppy Square.

Our spaniel izzy absolutely loves coming to puppy square for a trim. She has been nervous of groomers in the past as she is pretty shy but she always runs in here with her tail wagging!

We moved to the east a few months ago and our unfortunately our previous groomer was too far away. We have tried a number of groomers and by far this is the best experience we have had to do date. Our cavoodle looks and smells amazing, his fur is perfectly cut but is not shaved too short. It was also reasonably priced which is a win. We are so happy and will come back here again.
