Great service great price

William and his team were great from the moment we walked into their store. They were consultative, prompt and informative. A wide variety to choose from great quality. Even at installation they discovered cost savings for us which they told us about, very trustworthy

Difficult to rate this even one star! A job was done approx. 5yrs in Melb. CBD, carpets needing re-doing after 5yrs of tenancy so I gave them the opportunity of quoting for the job which they did. They were authorised to proceed with the job and a commencement date was roughly organised. For the past 10days leading up to the commencement date I have unsuccessfully tried to contact them to confirm arrangements. Repeated messages & texts, calls etc. went unanswered. I then contacted them from a different phone number the day prior to commencement date and William answered. However.... William stated that he was his co-worker Shane" and that "William has gone interstate on a family matter and I've got his phone". "Shane" said that he would get in contact with William and get back to me. Several hours passed without response again. I contacted the office number and the real Shane answered. Shane was confused about our previous call this morning and we discovered that it was infact "William" that I spoke to pretending to be "Shane". When I questioned him Shane let it slip that William was not out of town on family business and that he would contact him on my behalf. A message was left several minutes later saying that Shane doesn't want the job (this is the day prior to commencement date mind you!). Why would you answer your own phone and pretend to be a co-worker??? What a way to conduct your business?? What an idiot..! All he had to do was text reply stating that he couldn't do the job and that would have been sufficient..."

Excellent service overlocking carpet. Friendly and helpful advice. Can't do better than go here.

I was really happy with the overlocking that Shane did for me. He was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
