Lady at the counter didn’t know what an auspost issued keypass was! Acted like I was a thief in there with my ID and my collection card wanting to collect something that belongs to me. Train your staff! It’s the Filipino lady with glasses and looks like she’s used to doing this from reading the other reviews on here! Grumpy old woman should not be working there if that’s how she treats the public!

Excruciatingly slow service, atrociously long queues, ridiculously short trading hours on Saturdays. Be prepared for identity verification to take upwards of 45 minutes (and that’s after waiting similar amount of time in a queue). Be prepared to be asked to hold up a piece of cardboard behind your friends when they get a license photo (apparently the ceiling lights cause too much glare for the cameras?). To add insult to injury, half the floor space is dedicated to junk “As Seen on TV” merchandise that no one wants to buy, where all they really need to do is process postal/verification transactions more efficiently. If you want to see why Australia Post is a failing business, see here.

I'm extremely delighted with the exceptional service I've received today, as well as on several previous occasions, since I moved to the area. The staff at the Post Office go above and beyond to assist you. They tirelessly run around to serve customers and handle parcels, even the ones that are remarkably heavy. I can only imagine the challenges they face, dealing with countless packages and occasionally being held responsible for any lost items. It's important to remember that they are humans, not machines, working diligently to provide us with a valuable service. Just like any of us, they have their good and bad days.If you find yourself visiting the Post Office, I'd like to offer a few friendly suggestions:Wear a smile: A simple smile can brighten up someone's day and create a positive atmosphere for both you and the staff.Show kindness: Treat the staff with kindness and respect. A little appreciation goes a long way in recognizing their hard work.Practice patience: Understand that there might be delays or unforeseen problems. Being patient and accepting these situations without becoming annoyed or anxious will help create a harmonious environment for everyone involved.By following these suggestions, we can all contribute to a more pleasant experience at the Post Office and show our gratitude for the dedicated service they provide.

I've seen some slow Australia Post Office Shops before but this one takes the cake. The line was coming out of the store and curved around to unintentionally block the neighbouring store. After reading other reviews this queue length seems to be the standard here. It is my firm belief that if Australia Post had a legit form of competition they would be out of business.Staff were decent enough, but I sure as heck didn't feel welcomed. Had to lodge some Domestic Letters with Tracking. The staff woman provided me with a receipt but not the envelope slips. What is it with Australia Post staff not knowing the proper procedure for Domestic Letters with Tracking. They certainly remember to ask if I need to pay for them (the answer is always no as I believe y them only).

The AusPost website says there is a parcel collection hatch available Monday -Friday 6.30-9am. I went at 7.30 on a Wednesday and found that the hatch is next to the parcel lockers on Rider Boulevard, but you need to have a key to get into the PO Box room to then access parcel collection. Knocked on the door until someone came out and was told that yes, the website says parcel hatch, but ‘not really’, it’s only for people that have a PO Box there and a key.Pretty pointless, really. Update your website or make it publicly accessible as advertised.2 stars for the guy that answered the door and got my parcel anyway.

Waited 30 minutes in line then I go up to a counter and the old male employee says “Were you in line?” instead of greeting me. They can’t expect customers to be nice when they’re the rude ones.

Absolutely horrendous experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Went to take passport photos for a toddlers passport. The lady serving us said we needed to wait until the camera was ready which took 45 MINUTES!!! By this time my toddler and myself were so fed up, my toddler was obviously in no mood to take photos, we walked out. The lady serving us was absolutely MISERABLE! No idea what customer service is, did not smile, was absolutely rude and acted like doing her job was too difficult for her. Spare your precious time and sanity and do not go here. 1 star is too much, this place deserves 0 stars

The other reviews are no joke. Avoid if possible and go to another location. Even if you have to drive to somewhere else, it will still be quicker than waiting here. Huge lines well out the door and no staff at the desk. I can see why they have stress balls for sale.

The staff is really untrained and unprofessional. I came here to get my parcel and I brought my digital passport with me and she said it’s not acceptable. If it is not acceptable, how am I be able to get my parcel with my digital passport last time? The lady with glasses is being very rude and impolite to the customers, I don’t know how she can still work here. I thought Australia is supposed to be an inclusive country, but her attitudes and ways of working are absolutely against the term.

I think AusPost could considering some capacity upgrades here. Even with all counters operating, the queue time was easily 30 minutes at 11AM on a Saturday. Staff are friendly and calm though, sometimes the delay is from people not knowing what to do to send a parcel. This post office is the only one to service all the high density residential of Rhodes and Wentworth Point. May need an upgrade to at least increase processing capacity on weekends.
