Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing
We recently had a complicated situation with an elderly member of our family that needed a bed delivered quickly. At this time it is difficult to have anything done quickly but in this instance we were lucky to have met Tim at Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing. Tim took the time to patiently listen to our problem and then undertook to see what could be done to assist. 2 hours later Tim called back having sorted everything out for us, no doubt leveraging the great relationships he and Forty Winks have with their suppliers. For us, this issue was not one of simply buying a bed. Tim has helped our family be together quicker than would otherwise have been possible and that is something money cant buy. Thank you Tim . Also special mention of appreciation for Jeanette who assisted our elderly family member initally. Great team and would recommend highly.

Just want to thank Jeanette for the excellent customer service she provided when I purchased the Wembley Suite and new mattress from Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing last weekend. She was incredibly warm and very knowledgeable and honest about the products I was interested in. She gave me advice on the best mattress/bed frame size for the new space I was trying to fill. She quoted me on all the products and gave me the space and time to consider my options. When I came back the next day to purchase the suite, she remembered my name and the suite I was interested in and immediately got the ball rolling processing the transaction. Overall, the experience was super pleasant and easy. I would 100% recommend going to see Jeanette if you are in the market for a new bed suite!

Just purchased a mattress from Tim. What an amazing sales man! He was incredibly helpful and understanding of our needs! Incredibly knowledgeable and helped us a lot with answering all of our silly questions! He is incredibly friendly and made our experience much better! To Tim and Janette (Hope I got your names right)Thanking you two for helping me purchase my first quality mattress, Tim was super honest with me the whole way through and couldn’t help or reassure me any more than he did, he was AMAZING. He really took the time to help as much as he could, gave me details about what I was walking into and answered all my questions completely and honestly. Janette and Tim were then super kind enough to let me through there doors with my quote 2min passed closing time to allow me to make my purchase. All and all, customer service here is next to perfect. I can’t wait to get my new mattress as I am so over my old one, again, thank you Tim and Janette.

Just walked out of the store completely disappointed with how ignorant and inconsiderate a team of people can be!Went in with my husband and toddler...4 team members on the shop floor (all serving customers) so we understandably we waited. These team members are walking in and around us and nearly 20mins of us waiting NOT one team member acknowledged that we were there waiting for assistance. A little 'won't be too long' would have gone a long way.One team member finished ringing a customer through the counter at the back of the store and stood in front of the computer for minutes not with a care in the world that we are right there waiting.Not expected a royal treatment ofcourse but a basic service standard practise would have been nice.Never stepping foot in there again.

Initially disappointed with miscommunication about the delay in the delivery. When I explained to Adam (owner) he apologised and offered me free installation and I accepted as not many options offered.It was 3 weeks delayed but worthwhile kids love it!
