I really appreciate the support and encouragement from WISE employment. Especially from Eddie the manager and Swetha my consultant. Also did a beautiful inspiring class with Sam and another lady about mind body and soul and finding the balance between physicality and mental health. Hope the classes continue. In early 2021 I was at my lowest point in my life until I met Bibi at Wise Employment.At no stage did I ever think that meeting her would change my life forever. She helped me rebuild my confidence & self esteem.She is very professional & catered the service to my personal needs. I never felt like a number I felt that I mattered, she validated my feelings without judgement.Our chats were very productive & kept me going as I re-entered workforce which was an extremely difficult process in the beginning.She was there through my highs & lows.I would not be where I am today without her support, understanding & caring nature.I've just recently finished with Wise even though I miss our conversations, I'm so proud where I am today & will be forever grateful to Bibi & staff at Wise for the knowledge & experiences I've gain through this process, and am confident for my future in both working & personal lifeThank you

Have always had a positive experience with wise, very understanding, helpful and attentive. Rita is my consultant and she is great. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the help I could get starting my new job eg. Opal top up and work clothes and shoes and made herself available to help with anything else. Have been with a few different job search providers through centrelink and wise and in particular Rita is the best that ive been with.

I’ve been dealing with Rita for quiet abit now, she has been very helpful when she tried finding me a job, very nice and easy to talk to and has also supported me with finding a suitable work environment, which has worked out really well. Thanks for the constant support. She still calls every week to check up on me at work. Would recommend Rita for anyone whose looking for a job, she is amazing at what she does!

I'd like to just call out Bibi on her outstanding work towards not only helping me secure stable work but also work with me to retain it. Bibi has gone above and beyond in her capacity and role and been able to provide me support for my challenges with dignity, professionalism and kindness. She is a credit to the WISE Employment organisation and she is to be truly commended for her efforts.

WISE has been supportive and attentive to my needs by doing well being brain training, employment and interview preparation, painting, video games, counseling sessions to build resilience, and recommendations for a good work life. I enjoy the workshops alot and talking to all the boys that attend.Cassie, Eddie, and Sam have been very good at understanding me and good listeners. I'd keep recommending them any time again and again.
