Got the Kia Carnival 2023 few days ago and everything went smooth from transaction to delivery. Jai has been extremely helpful and patient with us that we never felt rushed or forced on a deal (This is the main reason we opted to buy the car from City Kia). I have made a few queries with other dealership and had terrible experience before i found City Kia. If you are reading this comment and is looking for a new car for yourself, family or friends then this is one of the best dealership to go to in Victoria. I would highly recommend anyone to talk/approach Jai when your looking for a new car for his knowledge, professionalism and approachability making him one of those rare salesman that put your interests first before theirs.Kudos to City Kia for putting up such a good Team.

Just purchased a brand new KIA SELTOS and I am in LOVE!This is the second car I have purchased from the City KIA team and I wouldn't go anywhere else.I purchased a KIA RIO from the team in 2011, they serviced and looked after me every step of the way for the last 13 years. It was exciting to be ready for a new car this year and I was lucky to be looked after by Sebastian through my purchasing decision.I was tossing up between the Sportage and the Seltos and Sebastian was really helpful in helping me talk through how I wanted to use the car and what would be best for my lifestyle over the coming years to get the best out of the car.Sebastian is an enthusiastic young executive who really wants to do right by his team, but also the customer. With Sebastian I felt looked after every step of the way. With the wait for cars everywhere at the moment, as a flow on from COVID, I had a little time before my car arrived.
