Batari Brows has such a warm and relaxing ambiance, the staff are absolutely beautiful, accommodating, welcoming and friendly. I spent years basically not having eyebrows as I’ve aged. From my very 1st appointment with Batari I have been fully satisfied with my new brows. I receive so many compliments and am often ask where I got them done. I highly recommend Batari and the girls

I walked away from my facial today feeling high! It was hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had. From start to finish everything was perfect. So professional yet comforting. You’re doted over the whole time, not someone just putting a face mask on and leaving the room. You get a shoulder, neck and scalp massage and it is heavenly! The products they use are high end quality and your skin notices it! The girls always do extensive training and know exactly what your skin needs. I honestly can’t recommend Batari enough.

I get my eyebrows done and had both Cat and Rachelle, they both did such a great job. I put my trust In Batari because of how consistent there work is. I am such a fussy person and have even got my eyebrows tattooed so no one waxes them too thin when I move out of town. The tattoo look I got was ombré and mentioned how I wanted a soft natural look and Rachelle did such a good Job and am happy with them. Batari will be your safe haven for stunning brows consistently and have mastered the art of Henna tinting!

Beautiful Rachelle did the most amazing job with my eyebrows. She has such wonderful attention to detail. Following the natural shape of my brow and filling in the weak spots in my brows to make them naturally look fuller and frame my face so nicely. Also appreciated how she explained each step of the way!

Batari is hands down the best place to go for skin and brows. All the girls there consistently deliver amazing results and tailor every experience for you. All the girls clearly love what they do - it definitely shows! Also - such a beautiful space it’s so relaxing and luxe xxx

Every time I step into the Batari shop I begin to float. The atmosphere in there just has such a calming vibe that makes me feel like I'm on cloud 9. I always get welcomed with a smile and all the staff have a gentle warmth about them. The service is always professional and I trust each of the therapists to get my brows spot on. The facial treatments are heavenly and all the products are top notch! It certainly is a luxe experience - I leave feeling pampered even when it's just for a brow wax and henna.

Rachelle, Taelyn and the whole team at Batari are glorious!! I adore my usual henna and sculpt, and love treating myself to a luxurious facial every now and then. My skin has never felt cleaner, smoother or softer. Their knowledge about products and treatments makes you feel like you’re in good hands and they’re gentle, caring manner leaves you desperately wanting to go back the next day for more!!! Love these girls, love this salon, can 100% recommend! x

I had my lashes lifted and brows done with Kori and I had the best time. Kori is a goddess; exceptional in every way - she made me feel completely comfortable and she did an awesome job with my face. I hope Batari holds onto her - I’m from Canberra but I visit the Mook quite a bit and I’ll definitely want to see Kori again.

From the moment you walk up the stairs your experience starts, the styling and atmosphere is classy and calming. The customer experience is fantastic, you’re made to feel like you’re the most important person there. I had my eyebrows tattooed and was consulted the whole time and always kept informed of what to expect and what she was going to do. From start to finish my experience was phenomenal and I can’t recommend Rachelle and her team highly enough, I’m thrilled with my new eyebrows and will be heading back for more pampering.
