I recently had a heat pump hot water system installed by Ecovantage, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The customer service I received was excellent, and the installers they provided were experienced and knowledgeable.Since the installation, the heat pump has been working flawlessly, and I'm already seeing a significant reduction in my energy bills.

The staff member was good. Product is useless.

This business is a scam that calls people on a do not call register over and over again, trying to get you to sign up to a government-funded scheme for the sole purpose of collecting taxpayer-funded rebates.Call centre misrepresents the business and the services offered, claiming to be acting as contractor of Victorian government. They are not.

Very good experience replacing a hot water service under a Victorian government program. Efficient on the phone- particular thanks to Carlita- and the installation was quick and painless. Definitely recommended.

Useless.Booked a phone call from LH after filling in one of those internet forms, he rings me on time. But has no idea.First I had told them on the form I was after a gas to electric heat pump upgrade, which their email said was available. But LH started waffling about electric to electric upgrade, than there was the ah moment of oh you want gas to electric, didnt you read my form.Than he gives me the option of 215Litre, but I have a 320 and want the same. He tries to convince me it is the same capacity, sorry there are 105 litres difference, Ecovantage failed grade 1 maths.Then waffles on about the heat pump being continuous and gas only heats overnight, ah that was electric in the good old days LH.But worst of all in what turned out to be a less than 5 minute phone call he called me mate at least 30 times, not very professional and you need to earn the right to call someone mate.No professionalism or product knowledge from this company.

There is a person driving around in an Ecovantage van claiming to be part of a government initiative to install smart electricity metres that monitor your electricity usage.This is pretty suspicious because he came by our house and a neighbour's on a Sunday afternoon and was pushing us to install this device for free. He also claimed not to tell the company that he installed it. I'm putting this out there, people be careful.
