I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac over the phone and he provided excellent customer service. His product knowledge was really good and even though I didn't know the proper names of the parts I needed, he was able to work out what I wanted and sold me the correct items. He even gave me some pointers to help with the successful completion of my project. Very impressed.

I went there last week for advice of irrigation system. Staff was very helpful and they made plan for me. Information provided was clear and I was able to lay down the system myself. I didn't had to run for parts as they included all the parts in their plans.Very good. Nice products as well and very competitive prices.

I placed an order on August 11th, 2021 to be delivered to Melboure and it arrived 10 days later. Covid or not that is a joke. Nice work Australia Post. Should have just paid more and bought local. Won't make that mistake again! Products were as mentioned and reasonably priced.

I can’t speak too highly of this store. We inherited an existing irrigation system when we bought a house locally with a huge and much loved garden. The previous owners recommended Hills Irrigation. Andrew and Isaac both assessed the photos and plans of the existing irrigation system and listened thoughtfully to what I was trying to achieve. They advised on what I needed to do to fully automate the system and sold me the equipment I needed at a very reasonable price. I was blown away by their knowledge and helpful approach. They’re very busy and it helps to have photos and plans for your project you can show them. Very happy!!!

The team at Hills Irrigation are amazing and I can't recommend them enough. Issac helped us to find a rare spare part for a control box and went above and beyond to help us out at an extremely reasonable price. Thoroughly decent, genuinely helpful. Would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Could not ask for better customer service. Bought a pond light set in December but didn't open it until last fortnight. One light was faulty so I sent a photo. The company that makes the light had closed down but Hills replaced the faulty light with another one anyway. Very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.

Fantastic service, ordered a XBGR100 pump from the Sydney store, they shipped it the same day and I received it in Melbourne 2 days later. Staff were helpful, professional and package arrived in perfect condition. $25 delivery fee for such a heavy item is a bargain. To buy local would have cost $50 extra. Will buy from them again.
