Stopped on our way through to Hunter Valley. Had a cuppa and a chat with the lady in the kitchen. Good resting spot, fuel, convenience store, bar, restaurant and post office. Ticks all the boxes. Pleasant staff.

Good stop off point for fuel top up and toilet stop. It has some tables and bench seats for you to have a rest and a coffee with a great view.

This will not be everyone's cup of tea. It has backwoods charm and would appear to be a time capsule of Australia of the past. We stopped for a break and had the Monteray chips - cheesy chips taken to a new level with crispy bacon and bbq sauce. Staff very friendly. Good value.Also has a little shop. Toilets were not the best but similar to most petrol station loos.

It's a long way to town to pick up essentials but this is a reasonable alternative for immediate needs. It's a compact store and is well stocked with useful products and is reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Facilities are adequate, basic petrol station with the usual offering inside. There are toilet facilities and plenty of outside space to sit down in the shade.Great place to refuel your bike/car if you are travelling north on Putty Road as this is the last fuel stop for a while.Very popular place with motorcycle riders from Fri-Sat.

We stopped here 1 day when we were out enjoying a drive up the wonderful Putty rd. We only stopped to get an ice cream to enjoy the man running the service station as d very nice and helpful. At the side of the service station they have a nice comfortable seating area where you can just relax and enjoy what nature has to offer. A great place to refuel your vehicle and rest up a bit ready for the rest of your trip. I highly recommend stopping here if your on a trip to help support a small local community.

It's a handy place to stop. Nothing flash or fancy, but you can get drinks, tea, coffee, hot food to takeaway, etc. Lots of people stop here because it feels like a long way from anywhere. Motorists, motorcyclists, locals, etc. all sit at the tables and have drinks or food. There's an inside place to eat also.It also is a drop-off point for parcel pickups, as there are always packages waiting for collection.The toilets could do with an upgrade and a thorough cleaning, but I have seen much, much worse.Petrol prices are reasonable and not over inflated, even though it's a distance to the next stop.The people who run the place are always pleasant and helpful.
